I gotta tell ya, this is how you run a business. Constant communication from start to finish. Professional. Buttoned up. I had a new garage door opener installed. Danny called me a 1/2 hour before he arrived. Reviewed my situation. Provided various solutions. Agreed on what needed to be done. He banged it out. Clean work. Went over everything afterwards. Work was done very well, but the gentleman who came to fix the garage was coughing excessively and didn’t wear a mask. He seemed very sick and was drinking water. If he’s sick he should either call out or wear a mask.

Andrew gave me a very thorough evaluation of my opener’s problem including alternatives relative to repair, new models and types of openers with approximate costs. I was very impressed with Andrew who clearly explained the options. As I decide what to do one thing is clear- I will be using Precision and I will ask for Andrew and Matt to do the work. Your dedication to customer service is clear. Your attention to quality hiring and training of your techs is apparent based upon my initial interactions. My technician, Andrew, diagnosed the problem rather speedily and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend this company. Bonus: they have weekend hours. I had my service done on a Sunday. This was the second time I needed garage door repair service and I chose Precision both times. The service men are knowledgeable and personable. The scheduling admin was nice. Today’s service was performed by Isaac. His professionalism rates a 10. He repaired a rail which had been knocked out-of-alignment. He also provided me with information about available garage door openers as mine is becoming ancient. The company provides texts with reminders of the appointment and on appointment day a text providing the service technician name along with their photo and bio. A pleasure to do business with this company.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease of making an appointment for a repair. The customer service representative was able to quickly schedule a day and time that worked well for me. The state of the art messaging system that kept me aware of the technician’s arrival time, his name and picture so I knew who would be helping me, and a live map showing his location in proximity to my house was so helpful. The technician, Robert W, was professional, super personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated that problem and how he was going to fix it in terms I understood. He made the appropriate repairs and had me open and close the door a few times to make sure all was good and that I was satisfied with how it was working.
