This is the second time I called for service in a year, two garages, separate problems, both time Danny Salas was the tech, he is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about all workings of the doors and its parts and motors. Excellent diagnostician and quick, neat and respectful of everything in the garage. Cleanup after work was a bonus, and operating the doors each time was so much better. Thank you

One of my garage door springs broke. I was initially quoted to have the 2 springs replaced for $ 253.10 with $50.00 off as per your Valpak flyer. I'm a senior citizen but as per Andre, only one discount can be honored. Then apparently, Andre said these springs he initially brought are smaller. He changed these with bigger springs costing $179 each. This time my bill went up to $409.52, a difference of $156.42 from the previous quote. Yes, I agreed to have this done since he was already there and that's all he did, just plainly changed the springs. I remember, 5 years ago, these springs were replaced by another company, tune up was done, pulleys, rollers and cables replaced for a total of $299.00. Now I'm wondering, was the plain springs replacement for $409.52 with already the $50.00 discount reasonable for a senior citizen?

I contacted Precision online to request a quote. Someone called me within 30 minutes to schedule an estimate appointment within just a few days. The technician (Danny) called 30 min before he arrived; and showed up precisely when he said he would. He was pleasant and extremely professional - so good in fact that I hired Precision right on the spot to install my new garage doors. I would definitely recommend these guys.

We had an appointment for an estimate Gave to install a new garage door. Hunter came over to explain all the details for the installation and to show us different designs and colors. He was very polite and knowledgeable about everything. He even went back to the showroom to get us larger samples of colors since it was hard to make a choice from small samples. We gave him a deposit and are know waiting for the door to be installed.
