I searched for garage door repair companies on the internet. After comparing them, I felt that "Precision" would be my best choice. Israel did a great job of replacing the hardware on my garage door. It now works better than ever. He explained what he was going to do and, why. Then, he told me what the cost would be. As far as I am concerned, "Precision" is the go to company for anything relating to garage door work.

Danny Salas was the tech that serviced us. He called prior to his arrival, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the needed parts on my door and took the time to make sure i understood why the issue had occurred. Very satisfied.

I paid 200 to get a door fixed and nothing got fixed. He thinks it is a logic board but does not know. He also tells me to call the guy who put in the door. He came and fixed is 2 seconds. I do not think your technician knew what he was doing. Disappointed

Had to wait a week to get an appointment. Received numerous annoying emails and text messages about irrelevant info regarding the salesperson —- only to have an inexperienced fellow come out to tell me that he can’t replace the exact door and cannot replace the track to heavy duty —- the issue is that he had no answers and had to call his office to get answers. If that were the case - who ever he spoke to in the office should have spoken directly to me at the time of my original call to figure out that they could not replace with the same exact door.... I assume they wanted to push whatever door manufacturer they wanted to, not realizing that we have another garage door to match.

A few years ago, I had a spring break on my door and had Precision come out to make repairs. They not only fixed the spring, they updated all of my hardware. Recently my garage door opener went out and I remembered how pleased I was with Precision and I called them. The lady taking my order was so nice and Danny, the technician who came out was so polite and thorough. Couldn't be happier with the work done. The new opener is very quiet and the installation was flawless. Thanks so much!

Technician Robert was excellent! However unhappy with the pricing. Completely overcharged after doing some research Unfortunately had no choice, needed the garage door operational ASAP as my wife is a teacher and needs her vehicle. Couldn’t do the repair myself as I have a back injury

My experience started with Sara. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Through her efforts to help me she was able to find Andre: a very knowledgeable, courteous and professional technician. He assessed the situation, fixed the problem and replaced the motor. All covered under warranty! Wow, and this all happened within 2 hours! Wow,Wow! Thank you.

Thank you to your technician, Isaac Rodriguez, for his courteous, efficient service in replacing a broken spring and bearing rollers in my garage door. Though Isaac was late in getting to my home due to a prior job with issues, I was impressed that he insisted he would come to repair my door no matter how late. I would not use nor recommend this company to anyone. $74 to tell me it'll cost $200 to remove two nails, move the weather stripping an inch and tap them back in. They're words not mine. 5 minutes they were here cost $74 to tell me 5 minutes of work would cost $200. Go to a different company, your money will be better spent. Never paid $74 for an estimate for anything. On a good note, the employee who showed was very nice.
