My technician keep me informed when he would arrive, and gave me very reasonable estimate for the cost of the job. Called Precision a few weeks ago to fix our garage door and their service was fantastic. I was given a 4 hour window for service and the technician (Marlon I believe) not only arrived early he was almost finished before the window started which was a welcome surprise. After that he took a look at our issue and provided us several options to fix it. At that point he went through each option and gave us all pertinent information to make our decision. Couldn't be more satisfied and would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Great service! Andre Lennon was the technician. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived earlier that originally planned and had the door fixed in no time. I realized the door was broken a little before 1:00PM and it was completely fixed by 2:45 the same day. Bravo!
