Best service experience I've ever had with any company. I called them at 4:00 on a Saturday, and they had a repairman at my house by 12:30 on Sunday. They sent multiple texts to let me know how I could contact them, and who the repair technician would be. Their technician Jesse could not have been nicer or more professional, and he did the repairs quickly and for a reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Door Service.

I could not have been more pleased with the service. Jason was courteous, professional and articulate in describing the problem with my garage door opener and laying out my options. The install was quick and Jason's explanation of the new hardware was clear and concise. I picked your company because you were listed as an authorized LiftMaster dealer and I was not disappointed. I found you thru a valpak coupon and liked dealing with a L.I. firm ike yours. I was completely satisfied with Isaac and Kyle. They pointed out potential weakness in the hardware and explained what they could do. I selected a rebuild package and they proceeded with the job. Please do not use my name in your promotions. I think you are running a well oiled shop. Keep it up.

On Sunday, March 28,2021 service technician Jacob Cahill called to advise me that he was available to arrive earlier than scheduled appointment if that would work for me which was great. Israel exceeded our expectations. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. Even though he was late due to unforeseen circumstances he kept us informed as to his approximate arrival time. And believe me, I understand lateness. You start a project and think it will take a half hour and two hours later you still are not done. Well, anyway everything went along without any problems and he seemed to have worked in record time. He installed a new door opener and his clean up was perfect. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I would HIGHLY recommend your service. Thank you.
Hi Andrew! Thank you so much for such a wonderful review regarding your recent opener installation! Sometimes jobs take longer than expected, so we really appreciate your patience as you waited! Sounds like he may have made up for lost time by installing your opener so quickly! Thanks for choosing Precision! We look forward to helping with any future garage door repairs.
