Israel Hixon came out on a Sunday to fix our garage door. The door is very large and heavy and he was by himself, but he wouldn't leave until the door was completely repaired and working better than before. Highly recommended.

I just used Precision for the first time. From the initial phone call to schedule a repair, to the actual repair that was completed, I have nothing but good things to say. The technicians that performed the work, John and Issac, were friendly and professional. There was no pressure to spend extra money on things that were not necessary. In this day and age, it is refreshing to do business with a company that you can truly trust. I will recommend precision to anyone who needs service on their garage door.

Marion Cantave came to repair my garage door this morning and did an excellent job. It was really noisy and rattly and he replaced the pulleys. He was very courteous and professional and called to let me know he could come earlier than scheduled which was great. I definitely recommend him!

Ryan Capecewas my tech and he was knowledgeable, curteous and very pleasant to work with. If I ever needed further work on my garage door or opener I would be happy to have Ryan as the tech., Precision had originally given me a 4 hr time window and stayed in contact that day to keep me apprised of their techs arrival time. BTW my door and opener works like new now.

Good Morning, I had an awesome experience with the Tech, Marlon. He was very informative about having a safe garage. I did advised him that I was ditching the garage next month but he wanted to make sure that parts that was rusted, springs and cables which maneuvers the garage was in good working order. Marlon was polite, professional and his uniform was neat and clean. Overall, his presentation if the scoring system was from 1-10, he was a perfect 10. Wonderful employee to have on your team. Oh I forgot to tip him so I will stop in to your office. Because of the great service, I will be buying my new garage door from your company

I had a garage door opener repair service call today, June 16, performed by Precision Door Service technician Robert Weber. Robert was extremely professional, polite, informative, and helpful during the repair estimate and then with my installation of a new garage door opener. He also had all the proper ppe (masks and gloves) to safely complete the job at my home. I was notified before his arrival by the company and Robert. I previously purchased garage doors from Precision Door Service. I would highly recommend them for your garage door or opener needs. Very prompt and professional service.

Brian Meinsen and Greg were the installers sent to my house to install my new garage door. Upon arriving, they identified and introduced themselves to me. I had several questions that were answered with details that provided me with greater understanding of why certain procedures were followed and why various parts were utilized. I found both technicians knowledgeable and courteous. They completed the job efficiently.
