My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was a positive one. I called on a Monday afternoon explaining my issue and was scheduled an appointment the following morning. The Company then texted me the name of the technician that would be assigned to my job an informed me he would be arriving around 10:30 the following morning. Kelvin text be 30 min before he arrived at 10:30. He assessed the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. 1 1/2 later the garage door was fixed as his co. van comes equipped with parts. The work area was cleaned up & all old parts and components were taken away. From my initial call to the paid bill it was under 24 hrs. Kelvin was knowledgeable, component & respectful. This is the first time I hired a company to service my garage door. I serviced it myself for the last 26 years but I'm getting old and lazy, so I called Precision garage door when a spring broke. I talked to a young lady named Karen who set me up with a time slot between 10am and 2pm. This was at 8:15 in the morning. And if the service technician could get to my house earlier me would call me. Well, the tech that fixed my door John Fusco and his helper Jason called me around 9:10am and said he was on his way. I'd much rather not have to wait for someone to show up at my house so getting there early worked for me. John described in detail what I needed for the job to be done in a professional and competent manner, gave me a variety of prices depending on what I wanted done and did the job in a relatively short time. I'm very happy I chose Precision to do the work, and, in the future, I would definitely call them back. Thanks for a great job, John Fusco.

I, Nancy Costa, chose Precision Door Service because of the excellent experience I had in the past. I was very fortunate to have John Fusco as the technician who turned up my garage door. John was not only knowledgeable in his field, but patient in answering my questions explaining all aspects of the door. He did inform me of the special packages Precision offered, but was not interested in putting good money into something old. I did explain that I would rather purchase a new door which he showed me samples. I will most likely purchase a new door and will definitely use his name for recommendation. As a Chief Human Resources Officer involved with recruiting, I would definitely hire John for my team. I contacted Precision at 10:30 AM for a broken spring on my garage door to be repaired and received a call from Heather by 11AM. She was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon. Moments later I received a confirmation email with a short resume of the technician scheduled to come give me an estimate and a 4 hour window to be expected. Within the hour Danny called to say he was on the way. He was very thorough explaining all that needed to be done and gave the estimate. I was very appreciative when he saw my concern and offered the senior discount as well as the veteran discount. He was not a pushy salesman which I loved. I signed the authorization to change the springs and had 2 new hinges to replace broken ones I had never noticed. All the parts were on the truck and the repair took less than an hour. I can't say enough about the courtesy and respect shown by Danny. I whole heartily recommend Precision for any garage door needs. Thank you

The spring on our garage door broke late Sunday night so at 7:00 on Monday morning I called expecting to leave a message but a person answered and sent a repairman who arrived promptly at 8:00! Kelvin was cheerful, helpful and efficient. He explained options and pricing and then fixed the garage door. Everything was cleaned up and finished within the time specified. Very satisfied.

Definitely timey and courteous. I called for a new opener since I cannot locate the old one and have bought a new car - that was all! Definitely got the feeling he was trying to sell me way more than I needed. The garage door if 5 years old and in perfect shape. It is used maybe once a day. The springs are new (installed by you but he had no records of this). Wanted $445 for the opener and to hook it up to my car!!! The opener was $95 and he wanted $350 to hook it up to my brand new car which certainly has instructions and can be done by me. He seemed disappointed when I only wanted the new opener. Do they work on commisson?
