Garage door opened died today. Only company I could find open on a Sunday. They were at my house within 1 of my call. Shane was my tech. He was very knowledgeable gave me my options and prices upfront no hidden cost. Once I decided he went right to work and finished the job in a couple of hours. Cleaned up and test and showed me how everything worked. I recommend him highly. Overall Precision did a great job. Price was a little high but very knowledgeable techs. They give you a 10 year warranty as well. Great job

From the person who answered my call, I wish I could remember her name, she was very pleasant, to the scheduling my appointment, to the follow up communications..they said they would be there between 8-12 and would call before.
