Our garage door opened up twice during the night on its own. We called Precision Garage Door Service and Shane Fazal came promptly to our house. He reset the frequency on our garage door opener and he said we wouldn't have any more problems. He was great. We highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

10-7-2025 I had to replace my 22 year old Precision Garage door motor PDS-4600 with a Lift Master 8450R Secure view. My 15 year old Sears Craftmen garage door opener had finally run its course. Nick came and advised it best to replace the unit with a new Geni model. Evidently the one part on the Sears product failed and was no longer available. Whether it was or not I thought it best to replace the entire unit. The service we received from John was perfect. Very professional. I'm glad we decided to purchase our garage door from Precision 7 years ago. On this service call the tension wire that snapped was replaced along with the two spings, The parts we're included with the wareany, but not the labor ( a little Pricey on the cost of labor ) but the job got done.
