These guys are amazing! From scheduling to Rob the Manager checking in on progress, down to ultimately Albert who did the actual working was all smooth, professional, and highly skilled. I changed my springs, rollers, cables. and found out my door did not even have safety cables which they installed! Additionally, my door needed a little work which they comped. I could not be happier with this service, I almost thought I needed new doors, but they fixed everything!!!!

Service was perfect! Technician on time, polite and very helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. One problem the invoice was not broken down stating where a coupon for $25.00 had been deducted from. The bill states separately from work done minus $25.00 but no reference as to the amount it was deducted from. Then the bill states an amount minus senior discount and taxes then total amount. That was my only problem. Otherwise amazing service!!!

I saw an advertisement for Precision Garage previously, and I cut out the advertisement. Saturday night I came home, and my garage door was not functioning properly. I called Precision Garage and quite pleasantly got a quick response. The technician came Sunday morning, having called ahead to advise. He explained how the system worked and the warranty, and he left the garage as clean as before.

I called Precision Garage Door Service, because my garage door wouldn't close. I was a bit distressed thinking I'd have to wait for service. Sharon allayed my fears. She was very helpful and set up an appointment the very next day. George Albert, the service tech, came and he was so professional. After checking the door parts, he described the problem. The rollers were off the track, but also, the motor was 22years old. It will eventually need replacing. Instead of waiting for the problem to occur, I trusted George's expertise and had a new motor installed. He was very personable and did an excellent job.
