I called Precision Garage Door Service, because my garage door wouldn't close. I was a bit distressed thinking I'd have to wait for service. Sharon allayed my fears. She was very helpful and set up an appointment the very next day. George Albert, the service tech, came and he was so professional. After checking the door parts, he described the problem. The rollers were off the track, but also, the motor was 22years old. It will eventually need replacing. Instead of waiting for the problem to occur, I trusted George's expertise and had a new motor installed. He was very personable and did an excellent job. Thank you Doug for a very well trained team & great customer service.

George was very prompt very professional. He sat down with me went over everything that he saw gave me three options as to why I should do. I approved one of them. He went ahead and took care of it and found that when he installed the springs at 140 pound pressure, he had underestimated my door and he turned around, took them out and gave me 150 pound pressure which made the door open so easily to help me with my handicap. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help or anyone who wants a garage door installed. door I could not be more pleased

Another very good experience with Precision. Attempts by phone to schedule were not so successful. The online scheduling worked much better. Good text contact to remind of upcoming appointment.... Technician George (second time at our house) was on time. Extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. Explained everything very well.... And of course made the repairs without issue. He is a credit to the Company.... Took away a start because it felt like we spent an awful lot on what was the second repair in less than two years...

Tech George Albert called when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to speak with. He assessed the damage that occured when a spring broke. He presented several options to do the repair. I selected an option that was reasonable to me and he proceded to do the work . When he was finished he went over everything he did and showed me how to operate the system. George did a great job and all the wiring was very neat.
