George grew up in Valley Stream and currently lives in Wantagh. He graduated from Hofstra Univeristy with a bachelor's degree in English and a minor in Public Relations. In his spare time, George enjoys going for walks with his Shih Tzu, Louis, working out, hanging out with friends, and playing guitar. He is a fan of the NY Jets and NY Islanders. Prior to working at Precision, he worked as a carpenter.

He explained what to do should this happen again. He was very patient and understanding. I was completely shocked when I wasn’t charged for a service call being we are customers with them. I highly recommend Precision - even when they installed our new unit they were fantastic. You won’t be disappointed.

Service call to repair uneven operation in garage door opening. George checked out all components of the door as well as the garage door opener. Replaced rollers and pulleys, tested operation to ensure door was operating properly. Very satisfied with the service, would definitely recommend.

George was a true professional. He did an assessment. Explained all my options. Quoted me a price for each Which included everything ( taxes, parts, labor ) so when I paid at the end, it was the exact same number I was quoted. Great move by company. Also nice to send me his photo and bio. I understand the pic for security reasons. But the bio also humanizes him, before he arrives. Not sure I need to know he likes “ long walks “ - I want him to fix my garage door, I don’t wanna date him. However, after seeing his work ethic, and attitude, if I had a daughter, I WOULD want her to date him. George helps make your firm look wonderful to the end customer. He deserves a raise, and a promotion. Your lucky to have him. PS - you should add a gratuity option to the credit card payment. If ya need a testimonial for a commercial, lemme know

We are already customers, and I hit the wrong digit on the keypad so I was unable to access the garage through the keypad. I was able to access the garage through the remote, but my husband uses the keypad. You sent George to come and reset the keypad and he also advised that our rollers were looking worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers, which he did. I was very happy with the work that George did and he was on time and very respectful. You have a wonderful worker with George and you should be very proud!

I found about Precision Overhead Garage Service while searching the web. I was able to make a next day appointment right from their website. They provided timely updates on when and who would be my repair/installer. The service was outstanding. George Albert was the installer and he provided very professional and courteous service. George showed me all options of garage door openers available along with the features each came with. This allowed me to make an informed decision. George then took the time to show me how to operate and use the features of the new opener along with the mobile app functions. I chose Precision based on favorable reviews on the NextDoor site. My garage door opening mechanisms needed replacing. Precision confirmed the appt. online and I also received a call before the appt. to let me know the repairman was on his way. The young man came at the time we had agreed on, and after explaining what needed to be done, the repairs were made in about 1/2 hr. He was very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend this company!
