In his spare time, George enjoys going for walks with his Shih Tzu, Louis, working out, hanging out with friends, and playing guitar. He is a fan of the NY Jets and NY Islanders. George Albert was professional in all aspects in explaining to me what failed with my existing opener and options to replace it. He was very courteous and patient in his explanations. Once the installation was completed, George Albert walked me through all part replacements, new door opener and even when and where to lubricant going forward. I highly recommend George Albert.

Showed up on time. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. They inspected the garage door opener, identified the problem. They completely explained what was wrong and how they could fix it. (This was done with photos and detailed explanation.)

Have used Precision in the past and alway found them professional, reliable and have always been satisfied with the job that was performed. I’m embarrassed to admit I forgot the name of your employee that was here today . He explained everything that was broken and the job he was going to do to fix it . I am a nurse and told him I needed to get to work ASAP and he worked so quickly on opening the garage in order for me to get the car out and get to work . Had Precision Door come to my home for a service call to see how we could remedy a lost key to open door manually if their was ever an issue with lost of electric or bad lift. George Albert was the tech sent out. When he and his partner arrived he introduced himself and assessed the issue. After doing the point check and assessing my concerns he gave me some options and explained them in detailed so that I could make the best decision. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge and for thinking outside the box. Job was completed in a responsible time frame and George walked me through the steps for opening and closing the door electronically and manually if needed. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service provided great service that was timely, efficient, and professional. It is a local company with a high BBB rating that is well deserved.
