I was disappointed in the repair service. The door is about 3 years old. When the tech came to assess the problem I needed a lower panel (white). He told me he would put a rush on the order & would take a week. The price would be $500. No consideration about a partial warranty discount. $500!!!!!!! I paid him $300w/$150 left upon comp. The garage door acts as the front door to our home & he left the door closed & couldn't be opened, (problem). After a week I called and was told that parts come on a truck once maybe twice a week. The women told me on a Tuesday after 1 week that the part was not in and didn't expect it for another week. that led up to the labor day weekend. When the techs came this morning & fixed it finally, They told me the balance was $297!!!!! I don't recall what the new door was, but this was outrageous. Your product is good but this service experience was awful. The techs were good today. Terrible.

Brendon B and Greg R did an excellent job with the installation. The door is very tightly fitted all around, just as I requested. They lubricated the opener track and the door opens and closes very smoothly and quietly. Overall very satisfied with the installation and the door is very attractive.

Greg and Andre just left after installing two new garage doors at my home. My husband and I couldn’t be happier Greg and Andre did a fabulous job. I know it wasn’t easy as it’s an older detached garage but we love our new doors! Super quiet and nice looking too! We upgraded our garage door, originally installed by Precision, to include a remote door opener. From my initial contact with Precision, through Brandon, I felt confident about choosing them. Greg and David arrived promptly, patiently explained the options between two products and efficiently installed our new door opener. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable as they demonstrated the many features of this product. They were both very respectful and intent on seeing that we were 100% satisfied with their service, which, of course we were! Greg was involved in both the installation of our door AND subsequent addition of the remote. He is an expert technician and, once again, has earned a five star +++ rating! David is also a terrific, 5 star technician!! Obviously, I would (very) highly recommend Precision and these two technicians.
