Hello, my name is John-Aaron. I was born and raised in North Carolina and moved to Long Island NY when I was 14. I am a Wantagh high school graduate. Currently I'm completing my bachelor's degree at Farmingdale State College. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, producing music, and snowboarding/skateboarding. We are completely satisfied with Precision Door’s business model, customer service and technicians. One of the rollers on our door came off the track on Thursday mid afternoon., so the door would not close. I called Precision at 4:00, and was offered an appointment for Friday between 8 and 12. I was contacted by John who stated he’d arrive around 9:45. He quickly determined the problem and repaired it promptly, under warrantee, no less! By 10:15 John was finished and our door was back to working order. We highly recommend Precision.

Excellent work. Communication was excellent on arrival, who was coming, etc. After a quick explanation of problem and inspection, I was offered options on moving forward. Work was done correctly, tested and approved. Highly recommend them. This was a fix, but may be replacing entire system in future due to renovations. Will not hesitate to use them again.
