My garage door was not going down and appeared to turn off. I called the office at 2:30 P.M. Danny called me at 3 and was there by 4. We went over the problem tried to find the least expensive alternatives and with continued investigation, Danny discovered that even though it was a new door was replaced in 09 the motor (1999) was not replaced. He provided me with replacement choices, of which I am very satisfied.

Although I was not prepared for the estimate amount, after reviewing the issues that Danny and Brendon pointed out, we all agreed that it was the smartest and most cost effective way to restore the system to a safe and smooth operation. Thank you. p.s. The service performed was an extensive system repair, with replacement of springs, rollers, pulleys, and cables.
