Was very happy with the repair of my garage door. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was really nice. Francisco, the technician who came for the repair, was excellent. He was very professional and very nice. He explained exactly what the problem was, how he would fix it, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was quick and cleaned everything up when he was done. Great service! Would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

I called Precision from an ad in the local delivered papers, and although it wasn't urgent and pressing, the garage door was getting louder and seemed to be struggling. Also, after a power outage, all remote sources were out except one. No matter what we tried on both garage doors, only one remote code worked one door. Precision set up an appointment, followed up with text and email when the technician was on the way and he even called as he neared the house to confirm. Very very efficient. Danny was the technician, he analyzed the major source of the noise as the rollers and replaced them, then went on the reprogram both doors to the cars and the wall mounted remote. Again, very very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed and very happy with the service.

My wife and I were very impressed by the service technician. We were sort of embarrassed since we could not engage the door again after we had to pull the lever to open the door manually due to a power outage. The serviceTechnician just told us to pull back on the rope handle and then press the button... to our chagrin the door was engaged... John did explain to us as a courtesy with the service call he would perform a review of the door and see if there were any problem spots. He did advise us of the problems that we may incur with the door in the future if we did not attend to them. So we decided to take his advise and have those issues fixed Thank you John for your avise and expertise
