Technician Tom Jenkofsky arrived at the appointment time. He did a through inspection on the condition of the door and support items. I elected to proceed with the repair to a broken door handle. Tom was very efficient and knowledgeable. The handle was replaced and he did some minor adjustments and lubrication to other door parts. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and I would definitely recommend your company.

Tom arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine with me. He inspected the whole setup, and recommended what was needed to get my garage door back in tip-top shape. The safety sensors were not working, the cables were fraying, and the pulleys were worn. These items were fixed, and he performed the routine maintenance needed. The door is working like new. Thanks Tom! Great job!

I'm very happy with the door the installation, the technicians they answered all my questions + showed me how to open the door in the event of a power outage, so i'm sure I can do it if necessary. The time originally given for their arrival was a mistake, but they called and apologize for their error. They also came back out to install a mail slot. Overall a very professional, neat job. I would definitely recommend your company.

After determining that I needed a new opener, mine was close to 25 years old and at the end of its' life, Tom did great work and took time to clearly explain everything to me. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and Tom. He clearly explained what was needed to resolve the problem, in this case a new opener and a few minor repairs to the existing door and its parts. Serviceman showed up on time. Was very professional- examined entire system, explained the problem causing the door not to close and repaired same. Serviceman was polite and efficient. Would highly recommend using Precision Door Service.
