Used Precision 5 years ago to install a new door and was very satisfied. Currently had a problem with motor, called Precision and had a technician come out the next day (Robert Weber). Robert was very knowledgeable and courteous. He attempted to repair motor which was wet due to a ceiling leak. He indicated the adjustment he made might not work due to the components getting wet and I may need a new motor. He provided an estimate and I have an appointment to install the new motor next week.

George is a very knowledge, courteous, helpful and professional young man. He explained everything to me. Julian and Michael were here yesterday to expertly install my new garage door, my second from Precision! The old one needed replacing having been damaged. They did such a great job from start to finish! I had John here from Precision right after the damage, and he was able to repair it to the degree that it could be used until the new one arrived. THIS WAS AT NO CHARGE! Precision Garage Door is THE BEST! Thank you, Doug, for how well you run your fine business!

This is the second time I scheduled maintenance with Precision Garage Doors. scheduling was easy and convenient. The first time I used the company the technician eliminated a screeching noise that was present each time I opened my garage door. Another company had told me the noise was normal and I had to live with it. On this second visit I needed to replace my garage door keypad which had stopped working. The technician, Corey, was knowledgeable and easily installed a new keypad. He also programmed a new remote I had as well as oiling the wheels on the garage door opener just to ensure future funcion. He went beyond my issues and I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. I totally recommend this company.
