Had Danny Salas as teck rep on a service call, did repair and after some questions we decided to get a new door. A great person. Door came in quicker than anticipated. Had Brian Meinsen and Tyree M. install the door. All three reps were thorough, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The installers were neat and cleaned up after the installation. Precision door service provided all the necessary paper work foe my HOA and all went smooth. A great company.

I called Precision Garage Door Service, because my garage door wouldn't close. I was a bit distressed thinking I'd have to wait for service. Sharon allayed my fears. She was very helpful and set up an appointment the very next day. George Albert, the service tech, came and he was so professional. After checking the door parts, he described the problem. The rollers were off the track, but also, the motor was 22years old. It will eventually need replacing. Instead of waiting for the problem to occur, I trusted George's expertise and had a new motor installed. He was very personable and did an excellent job. Recommended by Mr Handyman. Called to repair or replace 25 yer old garage door opening system which was broken.. The technician was pleasant, explained all options after his assessment and discussed with me the advantages and limitations of each option, as well as cost choices. Worked with existing electrical system and metal carriage. replaced broken springs, pulleys, rollers, cables. I decided to replace motor as well. he had all parts on his truck and was able to complete the job in a few hours, with review of his work and instructions. I am very satisfied with his work.
