Several weeks ago, on the recommendation of two very satisfied customers, I called Precision. Our garage door had been very difficult to open. One day, it wouldn't open at all. That was when we knew we needed professional help. Your representative, John, checked out our problem and gave us a few options. He then made the corrections in a short time. John was courteous and knowledgeable. Now, I can open the garage door with no effort at all. I regret all the years I struggled with it. I wish I had called Precision sooner. I will happily recommend you to friends and family. Sincerely, Jo-Ann Ferris

Cleaned up and test and showed me how everything worked. I recommend him highly. Overall Precision did a great job. Price was a little high but very knowledgeable techs. I don't usually commit to a project without getting competing bids, but to every rule there's an exception. Aside from all the positive online reviews, I felt very comfortable with Precision's technician Nick. I decided to go with his first proposal and I'm glad I did. The only way to describe the installation of my new garage door opener and replacement springs would be flawless! Can't get any better than flawless!!

I couldn’t be happier with Precision Garage Door. We have used other companies in the past and none were even close to Precision. Our technician Nick was fantastic. He installed our new garage door opener, programmed the keypad and explained everything to us. I have definitely found my new garage door specialist! I called on Thursday and Nick was here on time. Plus, they update throughout the day with expected time of arrival. Such a great company to deal with
