The technician, Lewis Rodriguez did a wonderful job installing the new opener in about an hour. He took the time to set up Q and the other remotes. He took all of the garbage and left the garage very clean. He should be commended for his efforts.

I chose Precision based on the ratings on google. They did not disappoint. After reading the reviews I was hoping to get Dan and fortunately I did. He showed up on time (which in this day in age is surprising and refreshing) he answered all my questions. I thought the price was a bit steep but after having an open and honest conversation with him I felt comfortable with the price (you get what you pay for. He gave me cheaper options and explained I definitely could pay less by going else where but the quality of the product is also inferior to what I would be getting. He did it in a no pressure way, just two guys shooting the ...... which I appreciated.) He installed the motor in a timely manner and answered more of my questions after everything was installed. I appreciated the fact that we have the same philosophy, "Do the job as if it is your own house." Dan was great and I love all the lifetime warranties I get on the motor and LED light. Tech George Albert called when he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time and was a pleasure to speak with. He assessed the damage that occured when a spring broke. He presented several options to do the repair. I selected an option that was reasonable to me and he proceded to do the work . When he was finished he went over everything he did and showed me how to operate the system. George did a great job and all the wiring was very neat.
