Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to me by a friend. They were prompt in making an appointment with me and followed up every step of the way. When it was time for George, my service guy to come to the house ... I received a picture, his phone number and a little bio. I thought it was great to know who was coming to my house. Once at my house, George was great. He was super thorough and explained everything to us. He helped me download the app, showed me how to share it with my family members and tested everything before he left. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that needs help with their garage!!

I couldn't be more pleased with both the repair and customer service of this company. I called the office at 3PM on a Saturday afternoon when a cable snapped on a garage door leaving it so I couldn't get my car out. I got an appointment for Sunday morning and was able to follow the service person's progress to me on an app so I knew exactly when he would arrive. The repairs were extensive and worth the cost. Jacob completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company for these types of services.

I called in the morning because my two car garage door opener stopped working. The young lady who answered my call was courteous and set up an appointment in the early afternoon. At 12:30, after calling to say he was on the way, the service man, George, arrived. He quickly discovered the reason for the problem and even showed me a picture of where gears had been stripped on my 2003 opener. He priced a replacement for me. I asked when he would come back to do the work. To my amazement, he said he could do it right then. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. Very satisfied with George and Precision.

This morning I had an emergency with my garage door , where the cable snapped and the spring broke. Not knowing who to call, precision was the first name that came up on goggle, so I read through all the customer reviews and decided to call them. They were efficient with all notifications, the repairman Shane called to let me know he was on his way and I received a picture and a history of Shane. That in itself was comforting. Shane was professional, on time, went over my options, completed the job, tested everything, cleaned up and left. WOW!, I was impressed. I’m so happy I called them and will definitely recommend them.

Nicholas Urena from Precision Garage Doors was great and exceeded my expectations. I called the company around noon and they arrived 3.5 hours later, same day. He helped me change my garage codes, a task that another garage door company could not accomplish. He also closely assessed the motor and the wiring, explaining the aspects that may become an issue in the near future. He provided multiple estimates for several areas I beleived might also need work. Nicholas was kind with a great personality. I felt very comfortable having him at the house and would call to request him in the future. Also, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies. Great experience.
