When my garage door wouldn't go up, I was able to get an appointment the same day. The service tech, Nick, arrived within the time frame promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Unfortunately, the opener had to be replaced, but Nick worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in about 2 hours. He was courteous and professional with a very pleasant demeanor. He didn't leave until everything was completed and demonstrated. It was a pleasure having him in our home. My expectations were exceeded. This was the second time we've used Precision, and we wouldn't hesitate to call them back, if necessary.

Biggest scammers on the planet. We paid around $1100 for a garage door opener that you could purchase from home depot for around 3 to $400. I made piece with that price because the original tech that came to our house told my wife and I that if we had any problems in the future that they would come and fix it and Due to a recent illness, I am handicapped and figured that I could no longer do any work, so it sounded like a fair deal. the tech also made it sound that we would not be charged for problems given the high price tag premium that we paid. with that said. we had a problem with the key pad not working , they sent out a tech and my wife was charged $350 for what??????????? fixing a battery in a key pad? I thought that because we paid such a high premium for the origingal install, that we would not be charged or at least be charged something reasonable. l guess I was wrong. stay away from these scammers.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, They responded on the same day to my request for service.. The technician John F. arrived at my home and surveyed the problem with my garage door. John installed the parts necessary to get my door opening and closing like new again. The entire experience was wonderful.. The office personnel and John F. were fantastic. Your service professional arrived within the scheduled time & I received a text message that he was on his way. Within 10 minutes he was here. Shane was a very nice gentleman and explained every aspect of replacing the garage motor. We wanted one that had a battery backup and Shane was very detailed on explaining the Lift Master model. We called Precision initially to fix a broken spring. Shane showed up same day! He explained the different options to fix the existing problem and when asked, he also gave us options to replace both openers (we have 2 garage door openers that are at least 10 years old). He was extremely patient answering all of our questions. We ultimately decided to replace everything on both garage doors, and are glad that we did. Upon completion Shane assisted me in installing the app and setting everything up on my phone, as well as programming my car! He left the garage clean (maybe cleaner than before he came? lol). I would not hesitate to contact Precision for repairs or purchase and installation of new garage door openers. P.S. - ask for Shane :)
