I needed 2 replacement springs for my garage door and the tech (Danny) took a look and gave me an initial quote of, get this, $1,200!! I was going to send him away but I let him explain what was included and what an alternate price was. He had a bare minimum price of $640 which was still way too high but I was in a bind because I could not open the door without springs and my car was in garage. I reluctantly agreed and the work done was fine (took about 40 minutes) but I’m so upset that I spent that much money unnecessarily. I checked YouTube and it is a very easy job to do yourself and I ordered from Amazon two140 lb springs and four 3 inch pulleys ( total cost $65) for the other door which I will do myself when I have a free hour.

It was a pleasure working with Precision Garage Door and their technician Israel H. They made an appointment for the next day and even called to tell me when they were running a few minutes behind schedule. Great customer service! Israel was very knowledgeable, had the parts on the truck and fixed my garage door quickly at a fair price. I would highly recommend and use Precision and Israel again in the future.

Corey Baird arrived on time, was very professional and did a terrific job of both getting the garage door back on track, so that I could remove my car and presenting the two options which would be needed to correct the problem. The staff that came to measure the door and garage frame were excellent. Rick Coleman was a great salesperson to speak with and answer all my questions. I think that the door has taken way too long to build and receive, which I am still waiting for. I do not think it's necessary to send inspectors several times to my home to inspect the framework and write a report before I can order the door. I should have been able to order the door I chose and then had inspectors come to inspect the work. This process has set me back several weeks. I am still waiting for my door which is still not in. The process for your company needs to be relooked at immediately for anyone else looking to purchase your door(s).

Our garage door was not opening yesterday and I had the best experience with Precision when I called to get an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was wonderful and sent Israel Hixon to repair the door, and he was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, nice, explained everything and we were back in business in a very short time. I had a choice of 3 options to repair the door and I was just impressed with Israel and Precision and cannot say enough good things about them. Precision Door - one and done! Thank you Israel!

On Monday, 1/22/24 - a crew with Shane Fazal (I am sorry did not get the seconds gentlemen's name) came to my home and repaired two garage doors. One garage door complete with new motor, remote control and keypad and hardware. The other linkages, rollers and cables. The two men were courteous and explained the job to me step by step. I would base on today's experience whole heartedly recommend Precision Garage Door and its personnel.
