Jamie called me in the morning to let me know he was on his way. Then it was nice to track him on my phone as he drove to my house. Jamie was pleasant, easy to communicate with, Respectful, and did a quick, clean repair of all 4 rollers for the pulleys on my garage door. He showed me 3 various ways to repair my garage door which was appreciated. The garage door now works perfectly. Thank you.

They had me at Hello!! From the intake phone call the night before, to the fast response to getting Isreal out to see my garage problem and fixing it with confidence, to same day sending out a salesperson Mike to go over options of a new door they were all professional courteous and knowledgeable. The process of sending texts and emails of a picture of the staff was helpful and assuring it was not a scam or imposter. The followup and contract of the agreed work to be done was prompt and professional. I have total confidence of Precision Garage Door so far. I am looking forward to the installation of the door in the coming weeks. I'll keep you posted, Lawrence

Called this morning to arrange for an estimate. Precision followed up immediately with emails & texts to let me know when the technician would arrive. Within just a few hours Michael Chwalek was at my door. Michael explained the whole process telling me exactly what would be replaced. He answered all my questions and explained the different features of the door openers. I opted for the upgraded Genie opener that included battery backup. I was given a detailed estimate right on the spot which was appreciated. Michael was very courteous and professional. Based on how well everything has gone so far, I am hopeful that the day of installation will go just as well. Very glad I made the call to Precision Garage Door Service today.
