I had a recent garage door repair when my garage door crashed to the ground. They placed springs, rollers, pulleys and cables. I was having some issues afterwards and wanted a second opinion on the symptoms. I'm glad I got one. I cannot speak highly enough of Nicholas Urena. He inspected the whole situation and verified that while the springs that I had were ok and the door was balanced but there were other issues contributing to the behaviors I was concerned about. I was worried that the other company's suggestion of placing stronger springs to "Make me happy" that the door wasn't moving back down after it was put up would not have rectified that and other issues. Turns out that was correct. Nick did his assessments and addressed several issues. The bolts that were holding the springs were loose and no safety wires were in place. I had complained that the spring bounced up and down excessively like a jump rope until it's settled in and the pulley wheel kept dipping down and flying up. It was very noisy. He fixed all of that. Now the pulley wheel isn't dipping down, and the spring is staying level with the door movement. It's secure and there are safety wires in place. And the door is staying in place more than it had done before. He took so much time and displayed so much concern, as if he was working on his own home. I'm grateful that he did what was technically needed and then went above and beyond. As an aside, I also have a wood structure above my garage door for storage, and the door was hitting into it when it was opened. This was a previous situation this had nothing to do with the other company. But Nick realized that one of the hinges on the door was problematic. He made the appropriate adjustments and now that's fine too. He really went out of his way to work on that and saved me the need to immediately remove the structure. The price was more than reasonable and I am very happy. Your company has excellent attention to detail employee, and I hope you appreciate him. I will certainly recommend your company to others.

The front desk representative was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She understood the issue and was able to secure an appointment for the same day. Nicholas, the service technician, called ahead with an ETA, arrived as per the agreed time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The existing opener unit failed, and due to compatibility issues, we ended up replacing the entire system. Nicholas, removed all the components from the old system, and installed and configured the new one. The new LiftMaster system works great and we are now able to remotely access the garage door status via the myQ phone-app. Overall, dealing with Precision was an excellent experience and highly recommend them.

Called at 5 PM and they came the next morning. Jamie and his partner were extremely nice and replaced the opener within two hours. They reprogrammed both the keypad and my car button. They also took away some old molding that was laying on the floor and moved some chairs that were in the way. They were very courteous and explained how to use the new keypads. I would definitely recommend using them again.

When our 23 year old garage door motor started having problems yesterday (door would stop about a 1/3 of the way up) we needed to get it fixed ASAP as we needed access to our garage. We weren't sure if the company who had installed it was still in business (they were not), but when I searched for them on the internet, your name came up. When I looked at your website and your reviews, I had a good feeling so I made an appointment for someone to come today to see what needed to be fixed. I received a confirmation of my appointment and several texts along the way, letting me know when to expect the technician as well as information about and a photo of the technician, Marlon. He called to let me know when he would get to our house and he was right on time. After checking out the motor, he explained that it (and all the pieces that went with it - cables, rails, springs, etc.) needed to be replaced - no surprise to us after so many years. He told us that he could do the job right then and there and a few hours later, we had a brand-new motor package in place. Marlon was prompt, professional and courteous. I highly recommend your company and Marlon!

I called Precision because of a loud noise that my garage door was making when it opened. I called them because I was satisfied with the service when they replaced the opener. Their technician was Nicholas Urena. He was knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. He figured out the noise issue and resolved it. He then went over the current status of the equipment operating the door (springs, rollers, etc.) which had been in place for many years. He did not pressure me to make any changes, just carefully went over current conditions, life span for equipment, costs involved and warranties available for further work. I ended up having him do a rebuild since we were really coming to the end of useful life for much of the equipment. He did the job in a timely, efficient manner and was willing to double check anything I raised as a concern. I am happy with the work and would use Precision if I had a future issue with the garage door.

Hi Brandon, Believe it or not, I chose Precision out of the Val U Pak coupons I got. I was looking for a garage door repair/replacement company for a while because our local guy retired and I didn't know who to call. I guess it was providence, because first of all I have never used a coupon from Val U Pak and I am so glad I did because Lewis Rodriguez was amazing. He explained everything, showed me what needed to be done on a as needed basis, breaking it down into what I should do first, second and last. I chose the middle option. He not only was professional, but polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, 45 minutes in and out. You are so lucky to have him and so was I. We are selling our house and we want to make sure that we transfer ownership of our house so it will be in the best and safest condition for the new owners. Lewis made the repairs and then showed me what exactly he did, and how the door now operates which is a lot better than when he got here. Thank you so much. The sticker is now by the garage door lighted switch so the new owners will know who to call in case of a need which I don't think will be for very long time thanks to Lewis. I was taken advantage of by the serviceman. I called for a keypad & two remotes. His first estimate was over $3500. When I said absolutely not, he gave a second package for $2400. I only wanted what I asked for. I was about to just pay for a service call because my neighbor said that was ridiculous compared to what he paid. All of a sudden, the price dropped to $375. He also did not give me options for the type of keypad. I definitely will NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. Also, I will post in my 1100 home community bulletin - advising not to use your company.
