My garage door developed problems from old age and lack of care on my part. Rob came to check out what was needed, identified it immediately and did the repairs on the spot. He replaced all the pulleys, cables, etc, - everything but the door, and took all discards away with him. It's now like having a brand new garage door (without the shakes and noise). I would recommend Precision Garage with no hesitation.

Danny, your technician was excellent however the price for what he felt needed to be done was exorbitant. Your 3” pulleys were way overpriced and I was able to pick up 4 heavy duty for less than $20. I can swap those out myself and save hundreds.

Jacob and Ryan arrived as scheduled this morning to install new car remotes as well as to perform needed maintenance. It was obvious they knew their jobs and take great pride in their work. Thanks to their guidance and skills, our garage door chassis now benefits from an immediate upgrade. Movement is smooth, quiet, and efficient. The installation of an exterior wall mounted keypad was an excellent suggestion as it saves time and adds flexibility. Throughout the process we were advised as to options and the cost associated with each. We chose the "long term solution" ... which was reasonable and affordable. One of the springs broke late on Friday afternoon. Called Precision right away. Had a technician at my home early on Saturday. Israel was the tech. Mr. Issac was prompt and efficient and very helpful. He answered all my questions freely without any hesitations and he explained what needed to be done and what I should do to prevent the problem from happening in the future. He replaced my garage door sensors which were faulty and he readjusted and repositioned the new ones where they would not be easily damaged.
