10-7-2025 I had to replace my 22 year old Precision Garage door motor PDS-4600 with a Lift Master 8450R Secure view. My Technician Nicholas Urena was exceptionally Courteous he explained all the options carefully and allowed me to determine what fit my budget the best. My 15 year old Sears Craftmen garage door opener had finally run its course. Nick came and advised it best to replace the unit with a new Geni model. Evidently the one part on the Sears product failed and was no longer available. Whether it was or not I thought it best to replace the entire unit. Precision Tech Shane Fazal was on time. Very courteous, cooperative and knowlable. Even though I had called Precision for servicing my old garage door opener but instead endup replacing my both garage door openers. Precision prices seemed a bit high but since I was dealing with a company longtime in business, peace of mind was very important to me!
