For four pulleys, two springs, and cable you charged me just under $1,100. I didn’t know any better and reviwed part prices after the repair to see that you price gouged me on parts. I feel like a fool now. For a repair job that should have been around $450 you charged me $1,300.

The technician who was dispatched to address my issue performed excellently. However, I was taken aback by the cost of a ten-minute service call to push a reprogram button, especially after already investing significantly in replacing my garage doors. I attempted to observe the procedure, but I was unable to view the controller's reset process. Unfortunately, the control panel is malfunctioning again. It would be beneficial to have the steps for resetting the control panels so I can avoid incurring another $300+ expense for a brief task.

We had dealt with Precision in 2017 when we decided that the cables and the pulleys on the garage door should be inspected. We were happy because the technician showed up on time and took care of what was necessary to overhaul the doors. When our keypad to open our garage was no longer working, we called Precision. We decided to buy a new garage door opener for both garage doors since both garage door openers were both pretty old. and our latest car could not access the garage without a transmitter. We are so pleased with our new garage door openers. The motor is so much quieter, and we are really impressed at how well it works. We were very pleased with our technician Shane Fazal. He finished the job in a timely manner, and set everything up for us. He was very professional and spent time explaining all the different features, so that we understood how everything worked.

Amazing service! Incredibly knowledgable! And very, very nice! Highly recommend! My garage door (springs) broke on Monday night. Couldn’t open the garage door, 2 cars locked inside, only 1 car outside. Major problem. Called Precision at 8pm Monday night - made an appt for Tuesday btwn 12-4. John showed up at 12:30, fixed and done and back to normal in less than 2 hours.
