Very satisfied. I bought a garage door opener from Lowe’s with installation. The installer was at my house for 7 hours before giving up. I don’t think he ever installed an opener before. I called precision, they had a tech here next day and had everything up and running quickly.

Our technician John Fusco arrived on time, assessed the job, gave me a couple of choices and explained each. Job went flawlessly. He was thorough, worked clean and was very personable.
