Unable to open my garage door I called your company for assistance. From the moment your office picked up the call to the time of arrival anticipated I was impressed with the stated arrival accuracy. During this Covid 19 pandemic I was told that the men would arrive and perform the repair while wearing mask and gloves, which they did.( as did also ) . They inspected the repair needed, provided estimates for repair or replacement. They are two professionals who I am pleased to praise .Keep up the good work Precision . Robert acted in a completely professional manner. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained the problem I was having with my garage door. Robert also showed me things that I could do to make my door work more affective like where and with what I should use to lubricate my door. In this time of the corona virus,he wore a mask and gloves,very considerate. The office was professional as well. Finally,I was very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Brian called to let us know when he’ll be at our house. He arrived early, asked me what the problem was and diagnosed the problem. He put in the replacement parts and had the job finished quickly and efficiently. He was very courteous.
