Precision’s employee, Israel, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained all the options to fix the garage door but did not exert undue pressure to convince us to do more than necessary. He was quick and efficient. All in all, a pleasant experience.

We had a garage door service emergency one night (our car and our garage door had an unfortunate meeting...) that needed to be resolved the next morning, as we were literally moving overseas the next day and the repair needed to be done before the new owners took possession of the house. Kelly, in the office, worked with us to make sure the repairs were done on time, and John, the technician, did a fabulous and cost-effective repair. I highly recommend this company!
Hi Tina! So sorry to hear about the garage door accident, but so happy to hear John was able to help you out quickly and efficiently before your big move! Thanks for choosing Precision.

The garage technician was precise and finished within 20 minutes. The downside overpriced! I was shocked it cost over $800 just to replace garage springs, wheel rollers and to connect two Cable‘s. And one cable for “safety”. Maybe I should get a job with you guys?

Old garage doors really needed replacement, along with the springs and tracks. Installation went smoothly. Everything works so much better (and quieter with the nylon rollers!) The top lights really let in a lot of light making it unnecessary for the garage lights during the day. Wife is very pleased! Installers were very professional and courteous.
Hi Robert! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're so happy to hear you're satisfied with the new garage doors and the installation process. Those nylon rollers really are a game changer. We look forward to helping with any future garage door needs!
