The phone was answered quickly and efficiently. After the appointment was made, I received an email with all the details, including the tech's name and encouragement to look at their website where the tech's picture was with a brief bio. Very impressive and encouraging. The tech arrived within the promised window, diagnosed and explained the issues and gave us options for repair costs. He was courteous, professional and friendly and completed the work quickly. Our garage door operates like new again.

Danny Salas arrived just when he said he would, after calling me to let me know he was on his way, so his start was excellent indeed. He showed me all the worn out pieces in the door and how important it was to replace them ALL, so he did just that. Great service! Rob Weber came when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed my problem with the door not being balanced. Said my torsion springs were undersized for my door. Since Precision installed my springs a little for that half a year ago, he replaced the springs at no charge. Said it was under warranty and should have been done right the first time. This Co.pany stands behind its product!!! I felt bad for Rob, though. He had to work in the garage when it was only 12 degrees out! Great guy. Great disposition and really cares about the work he does. Highly recommended.
