I had a somewhat novel and difficult problem, and your technician Robert was just terrific; he was able to diagnose the likely problem quickly, and came up with many creative ideas to attack the problem, and just wouldn’t give up despite the first 5-6 ideas not panning out. I admire both his creativity and his persistence in seeking a solution, and he did hit on just the right thing—and all of this during constant rain.He is a very dedicated and valuable employee.

Called for service in the afternoon and the serviceman showed up the next morning at 9:00a.m. Service was completed within one hour and garage door opener is working once again. New opener was installed in Feb 2020, hopefully there will be no other problems, but its nice to see the service is prompt if needed.

The first person I met who came to make suggestions as to how to solve the problem with the garage door was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and give me several alternatives. The men who later installed the new door were also very professional and stayed until I was able to operate the door before they left. In each case the workmen came on time and a text was sent by the office with their photos and names. I am very satisfied and would recommend this company
