we used precision in the past, always love their service. I would normally give a 5 star rating. my only issue is there were like five different estimates received and nothing explaining the differences in the email, that part could be better explained on the email so customers that don't understand the differences can better see with an explanation, otherwise, everything was outstanding. just went out for estimate but need to speak to someone so we can choose the right option and need to understand what each option offers. its a bit confusing

What a great company! I was truly impressed from the initial call to book my appointment until the moment my technician left. The level of customer service is phenomenal and the quality of the work the same. It makes a huge difference in customer service when the level of communication is ????! Justin was incredible. He called to let me know what time he would be there and was right on time. He gave a few options for different estimates and not only knowledgeable about garage doors, but took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong and needed to be done.

From the first phone call to the appointment with Joe I found Precision to be very professional. They showed up on time and called an appropriate amount of time before hand. They do a very good job of communicating with the client through text and email updates. The installation of our belt driven motor was easy quick and efficient. Joe was thorough and explained how it all worked. I would recommend this company for sure.

I received a 50 % discount on the service call since work was done. The job was done in a very professional manner. However the sales tax charged was on the full price of the service call rather than the discount price. There was no response to my email message and a telephone call requesting an explanation.

Was very happy with the repair of my garage door. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was really nice. Francisco, the technician who came for the repair, was excellent. He was very professional and very nice. He explained exactly what the problem was, how he would fix it, how much it would cost, and how long it would take.
