Service men were fantastic. When calling the office with questions you get a call center that is basically an operator that transfers your call or takes a message. It is frustrating to think you are dealing with a local company but cannot get the local office on the phone with questions.

John and Rob swung by to give me an estimate to replace doors and openers. Very professional, as they looked at my set up now to see if repair was warranted on old doors. Pointing out issues that I wasn’t even aware of which led me to setting up ordering and purchasing both doors and openers for replacement. Next step is install when doors are in after measurements were taken.

Hunter was right on time very informative about what was wrong and what it would cost to repair after he gave me 2 choise of repairs i gave him the go ahead with the repair .hunter said it would take 45 min to an hour to do his work .he was done right in the middle of his quote .we tested out his work and it was spot on. I had been told by a technician years ago that nothing could be done about the horrible screeching sound my garage door made upon opening/closing. I was pleasantly surprised when the Precision tech not only fixed my present day issue of the garage door not wanting to close but also made its' operation silent.
