I had Precision out on two occasions over the last year or so - for two separate door issues. They replaced motor, springs, and belt. Each time they were able to diagnose problem and provide a solution that worked. They never tried to up sell me anything and always seemed to go the extra mile. Very knowledgeable and capable. Very impressed.

From the person that answered the phone to the installers all employees were very polite and professional. However, since I did some research on the parts I needed I was absolutely shocked at what I was charged. The work was good but I really don’t think it was a good value. I should’ve gotten an estimate first, my bad. That will never happen again

I was very happy with the job that was done by Brendan Serrano. He was personable and knew what he was doing. My one disappointment was the price of the materials, which I could have bought at Home Depot or Lowe's for a fraction of what I had to pay Precision Door Service. You will probably say that your parts are of a better quality than those that the stores sell but the vast difference in price makes that difficult for me to believe. Although Brendan replaced a couple of springs and cables I didn't think that the bill for $664.79 was a fair amount to charge.

Jesse’s explanation regarding the issue with the original door opener made perfect sense, which is why I realized we needed a new system. Jesse and his partner (I’m sorry but I forgot his name) were very professional, courteous, and thorough. Both of these gentlemen were a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

I called Precision Garage Doors at 10:26 AM to set up an appointment for an estimate and/or repair of my garage door. By 1:15 PM, the same day, John and Jessie were in my driveway. Two very polite, professional, and knowledgeable "technicians". They listened to and saw what I needed. More than one estimate was worked up and I had several options. They pointed me in the direction of what was most beneficial and economical to my needs. I would not hesitate calling Precision for repair or installation in the future.

I would give your professionals Danny and Roberto more than a 5 star review - it should be 10. Qualities you don't see every day. Polite, explained everything that needed to be done - no surprises. Shared with me how to operate door and new lock. Took there time to do everything with perfection. Now you can see why they deserve a 10. Left my house neat and with a smile on their faces knowing they represented your company with pride. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Precision and set up an appointment repair 2 garage door openers. Tim arrived on time and accessed the situation. After running diagnostics, he advised that the control boards in both openers had to be replaced. The educated guess is that the garage was possibly struck by lightning rendering both openers damaged at once. He reviewed the estimate and answered our questions. We agreed and he got to work immediately. Tim is a courteous, knowledgeable, professional and an asset to Precision. Thank you for a job well done.

I was disappointed in the repair service. The door is about 3 years old. When the tech came to assess the problem I needed a lower panel (white). He told me he would put a rush on the order & would take a week. The price would be $500. No consideration about a partial warranty discount. $500!!!!!!! I paid him $300w/$150 left upon comp. The garage door acts as the front door to our home & he left the door closed & couldn't be opened, (problem). After a week I called and was told that parts come on a truck once maybe twice a week. The women told me on a Tuesday after 1 week that the part was not in and didn't expect it for another week. that led up to the labor day weekend. When the techs came this morning & fixed it finally, They told me the balance was $297!!!!! I don't recall what the new door was, but this was outrageous. Your product is good but this service experience was awful. The techs were good today. Terrible.
