I had a garage door opener repair service call today, June 16, performed by Precision Door Service technician Robert Weber. Robert was extremely professional, polite, informative, and helpful during the repair estimate and then with my installation of a new garage door opener. He also had all the proper ppe (masks and gloves) to safely complete the job at my home. I was notified before his arrival by the company and Robert. I previously purchased garage doors from Precision Door Service. I would highly recommend them for your garage door or opener needs. Very prompt and professional service.

Brian Meinsen and Greg were the installers sent to my house to install my new garage door. Upon arriving, they identified and introduced themselves to me. I had several questions that were answered with details that provided me with greater understanding of why certain procedures were followed and why various parts were utilized. I found both technicians knowledgeable and courteous. They completed the job efficiently.

Extremely happy with Gia today. The night before she sent me an email about my appointment the following day. She provided me with 2 links to help me get familiar with the products they offer and help me understand some of the differences. Gia’s email also gave me an arrival time and she called when she was half an hour away. Love this company and the communication. Gia arrived on time, professional, mask, gloves and a uniform so I knew she was with Precision. She took measurements and showed me examples of their hardware. Before she finished she emailed me an estimate with everything I picked. Gia made this experience a very pleasant one.

Danny was wonderful to work with. He was extremely thorough and I'm totally satisfied with the job preformed. Also, I received a estimate promptly regarding future work that need to be done. Finally, I really like that you sent a picture and short bio about Danny before he arrived, this is a small touch that really personalized the person that's coming to your home to perform work. Really well executed.

I would recommend Precision Garage Door Company to anyone in need of replacing their garage door. Gina was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable at the appointment. Gina had materials and other pertinent information to answer all of my questions. I was given a folder with material to read and business cards for my neighbors who are interested, also. I know the garage door I purchase from Precision will be money well spent.

I've had my garage door serviced before but was not happy. My friend from Commack told me about Precision Door and how happy she was with their service. I called Precision Door and they were very accommodating. They sent a technician and he gave me the options. I went with the full replacement and warranty. Today I had a minor service call and techs were sent and fixed the problem. They were very professional and courteous and explained everything they did. Taking all of that under consideration ~ Precision Garage Door is the way to go!
