I found your company in the Val-Pak advertisements that come about once a month in the mail. Contacting your company was very easy and they confirmed our appointment via e-mail, and subsequently phoned our home. Robert Weber was a very capable and delightful technician. We were not expecting to purchase a new garage door opener, but to replace the broken part did not seem cost effective and a new door opener seemed more feasible in the long-run. I think if I were to have researched this project, I would have come up with a less expensive installation, but it made sense to have it done today, as the technician was here and had the equipment and the time to do the job. Overall, we are very happy how everything turned out and I hope our new unit will give us years of satisfactory service. We would highly recommend your company to anyone needing your services.

My garage door wouldn't close all the way until finally we heard a boom and then it wouldn't open. Precision was amazing I called them on a Saturday they came the next morning. Justin was awesome, really nice gave me all my options allowed me time to discuss it and ask questions and then replaced it in about an hour and a half. My garage is so much more quiet now and works! Thank you all at precision! If we ever have other garage door needs it will be you we call!

I had the pleasure of working with Manager Vinny, Israel and Greg! To be honest, I called as a follow up with an issue that seemed connected to an original repair which turned out to be a separate issue but...not only did Vinny respond to me immediately to research the matter, he happened to be in the area and took time to personally come to my residence and view the problem. He scheduled a team, Greg and Israel to follow up the next day. They arrived when they said they would. They were polite, friendly, happy, professional and performed a quality job in a timely manner! It was a pleasure to work with them all and nice to see that there are people out there that still take their work seriously. I definitely recommend Precision!

5 Stars - Honestly in 23 years of living in this house - this was one of the best and most professional service experiences. From the first call to the follow-up(s) - 5 star treatment all the way. Roberto was excellent and very thorough. He was able to diagnose the problem and I can confirm after a few days - there is no further problem with the garage door not closing when it is cold outside. Roberto was able to fix the problem even though it was warm on Saturday and we couldn't duplicate the problem. Only issue was that the original quote for the sensors was $125, but in the final bill it was $175. Just seemed like an honest oversight and would recommend Roberto as a technician to anyone needing garage repair.

The service person came during the time period they promised and I got a call in advance. The service person assessed, gave me a breakdown of what I needed and prices and options. He was efficient and personable. The door was fixed. A bit expensive, I thought, but I didn’t have the time to shop around. I picked the company off the Internet and looked at reviews.
