The doors need to be replaced or fixed and Rob came out to assist with a quote. He was very friendly and did a full evaluation on repair or replace the entire system. He took pictures and measurements and gave me a full report on the condition of my doors. He didn’t rush out to the next job as he took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.

Precision exceeded my expectations. From Scheduling the appt. reminders of the time, notification of the service technician, concise explanation of my options and cost. Your company is great. I love the fact you email and text to confirm and let me know when technician was on the way. He was great, very professional, explained everything!!!!! He replaced rollers, springs and motors... now it’s very quiet !!

Danny was fantastic. While he was repairing one broken door he looked at my second door and confirmed that the rollers were bending, and should be replaced. This was while dispatch was calling Danny numerous times while we were discussing the repairs to hurry up and get to the next customer. Danny replaces all rollers springs and rubber on the two doors as well as adjusted the doors so that they are literally like new!
