Good Morning, I had an awesome experience with the Tech, Marlon. He was very informative about having a safe garage. I did advised him that I was ditching the garage next month but he wanted to make sure that parts that was rusted, springs and cables which maneuvers the garage was in good working order. Marlon was polite, professional and his uniform was neat and clean. Overall, his presentation if the scoring system was from 1-10, he was a perfect 10. Wonderful employee to have on your team. Oh I forgot to tip him so I will stop in to your office. Because of the great service, I will be buying my new garage door from your company
Thank you so much for your review. We think Marlon is a perfect 10, too! Garage door safety is very important, so we're glad Marlon was able to help you out. We're excited to help you find your perfect garage door! Thanks for choosing Precision!
