I gave a 4 star rating because the garage door springs, guide wires and rollers was done to my satisfaction, but the price was quite expensive. I was charge $300ish for the springs alone. Ouch. Danny performed the work. He was completely professional and very friendly. He is an asset to the business.

Though Isaac was late in getting to my home due to a prior job with issues, I was impressed that he insisted he would come to repair my door no matter how late. Based on my experience, I'm happy to give a 4/5 star rating and can recommend your company. :)

we used precision in the past, always love their service. I would normally give a 5 star rating. my only issue is there were like five different estimates received and nothing explaining the differences in the email, that part could be better explained on the email so customers that don't understand the differences can better see with an explanation, otherwise, everything was outstanding. just went out for estimate but need to speak to someone so we can choose the right option and need to understand what each option offers. its a bit confusing

I was very impressed with the work done by Francisco. The door problem was corrected and all is now working fine. Francisco was excellent in explaining all the work that he was going to do and did everything as described with one important exception. I was expecting a written five year warranty on the parts and work done. I got a copy of the invoice by e-mail but nothing about a five year warranty. Why not???

He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He told me the cost before starting any work. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Precision.

My tech was Danny S. He was on time, very knowledgeable of the product. Explained everything that was going to be done upfront and gave an estimated time to complete. Finished before that time very neat and clean. Once installed tested everything and showed me all the features of the system. I would request him specifically if I ever need service and would recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

I really enjoyed the simplicity of your business model. I called at 8am. I had two guys at my house by 1pm. The guys quoted the prices, made sure I understood everything, and got the work done right away in an efficient/professional manner. I want to say the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I feel like I may have been upsold slightly and paid a bit more than I should have but then again, with no knowledge of the industry or prices, I could be wrong. Overall very happy I found you guys. Good work.
