I felt Andrew was a terrific professional… Although… To pay over $1000 I thought was extremely high… But… During our economic crisis… I have no choice… Thank you very much

My new garage door was installed yesterday. I am pleased with the entire process from ordering to installation. Brian, the technician who installed the door, was courteous and professional, and the total clean-up when the job was finished was impressive. There is one problem, however. There is a small dent in one of the panels which I was told would be replaced. Therefore, the job isn't totally complete, so I will write another review when it is.

Very professional company, quick to respond to call. Happy to replace your problem opener with a whole new system. Not very keen on repairing what's there.

Isaac was my service man, very polite and thorough. The cost to repairs was ALOT higher than I anticipated, but I did like that the parts have a 5 year guarantee. I did notice an issue after Isaac left, so I had to call back to have him return. The service turnaround is very quick..the next day.

I will say this work was a tad expensive, but the whole process was professionally done. I felt comfortable from the start because the lady who took my call told me that the guy would show up in the company van and in uniform. Also, there was plenty of communication via text and email who would be arriving at my home. Danny was kind and personable.

Work was done very well, but the gentleman who came to fix the garage was coughing excessively and didn’t wear a mask. He seemed very sick and was drinking water. If he’s sick he should either call out or wear a mask.

If not for them having to cancel the day we were scheduled, I would have given them 5 stars. They showed up the following day and were Super!

Quick and professional service. Only negative is that you have our last name misspelled so you wouldn't be able to find us in your records for the future: it is Rung; doesn't begin with a W. Thanks, Patricia Rung, Southampton, NY

I gave a 4 star rating because the garage door springs, guide wires and rollers was done to my satisfaction, but the price was quite expensive. I was charge $300ish for the springs alone. Ouch. Danny performed the work. He was completely professional and very friendly. He is an asset to the business.

Thank you to your technician, Isaac Rodriguez, for his courteous, efficient service in replacing a broken spring and bearing rollers in my garage door. Though Isaac was late in getting to my home due to a prior job with issues, I was impressed that he insisted he would come to repair my door no matter how late. Based on my experience, I'm happy to give a 4/5 star rating and can recommend your company. :)
