Lots of text telling me who is coming, when they are coming lots of communication. George was very professional, , knowledgeable, polite etc. My only concern was how much it cost. I know things went up but I feel it was too much.

Great service, prompt, personable. Did the job in no time at all. Checked the other door openers, and made recommendations for future areas of concern and provided ideas for safety. Called before he arrived, was even early. Asked if that would be OK. Took care of everything and closed up when finished. Would recommend this company to anyone that has a garage door issue.

Came in August, Israel was the tech...did a fine job. The door came down a little fast and hard, I waited a little long on my part. Called in Dec. and Danny took care of it....Yes I do recommend Precision they are very good.....PS

Your technician is very professional and he did the work neatly. I notice from your invoice that you offer discount to AAA members, but he didn’t mentioned about it to me before the payment. I am a AAA member so I request to reimburse that discount amount. Also I like to mention here that your charges are little bit higher.

Another very good experience with Precision. Attempts by phone to schedule were not so successful. The online scheduling worked much better. Good text contact to remind of upcoming appointment.... Technician George (second time at our house) was on time. Extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. Explained everything very well.... And of course made the repairs without issue. He is a credit to the Company.... Took away a start because it felt like we spent an awful lot on what was the second repair in less than two years...

My new garage door was installed yesterday. I am pleased with the entire process from ordering to installation. Brian, the technician who installed the door, was courteous and professional, and the total clean-up when the job was finished was impressive. There is one problem, however. There is a small dent in one of the panels which I was told would be replaced. Therefore, the job isn't totally complete, so I will write another review when it is.

Isaac was my service man, very polite and thorough. The cost to repairs was ALOT higher than I anticipated, but I did like that the parts have a 5 year guarantee. I did notice an issue after Isaac left, so I had to call back to have him return. The service turnaround is very quick..the next day.

I will say this work was a tad expensive, but the whole process was professionally done. I felt comfortable from the start because the lady who took my call told me that the guy would show up in the company van and in uniform. Also, there was plenty of communication via text and email who would be arriving at my home. Danny was kind and personable.

Work was done very well, but the gentleman who came to fix the garage was coughing excessively and didn’t wear a mask. He seemed very sick and was drinking water. If he’s sick he should either call out or wear a mask.
