Very courteous and professional team, arrived on time, reviewed my system and presented me with recommendations to chose from. I replaced my rollers and pulleys with upgraded sealed bearing units and now the operation is so much smoother and quieter! Also did the old door seals, springs and replaced the outside control panel with a new one. My system is now refurbished and ready for the winter.

George was very prompt very professional. He sat down with me went over everything that he saw gave me three options as to why I should do. I approved one of them. He went ahead and took care of it and found that when he installed the springs at 140 pound pressure, he had underestimated my door and he turned around, took them out and gave me 150 pound pressure which made the door open so easily to help me with my handicap. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help or anyone who wants a garage door installed. door I could not be more pleased

Lewis was my technician who replaced my garage door opener after inspecting my current opener which was 20 years old. I opted to replace the opener with the newest one and he was fantastic with the entire installation. He arrived on time and did a thorough job, explained everything clearly to me and helped me set up the App on my phone. He made sure I understood everything and left the place clean. I called the office number to get a general idea of how much the service was going to cost. The gentleman I spoke to gave me a range over the phone. I book my appointment and the bill was more than double what the range was given to me over the phone. The tech was on time. He was missing some pieces on his truck so he made due with what he had on hand at the time. The most appalling part of the whole visit was the 3 quotes he gave me on his tablet. I just wanted my garage door to work again. I had already took the day off of work so the work could be done but I certainly would think twice about using this company again.

Great company! I wasted two weeks dealing with another company that strung me along. I called Precision on a Monday evening and they were at my home and fixed the door by Tuesday 12:00 noon!! The technician John was awesome and he was totally professional and neat. Repairs were done and door functions properly now.
