Five stars plus...My garage door opener (Craftsman) stopped working and as luck would have it, the very next day I received Value-Pak with an ad for Precision. I decided to give them a call (rather than Sears) based on their very informative and professional website. Well, I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. I was given a window when Tom (the Precision tech) would be arriving, and he called ahead of time to advise when he would arrive. He was there on the dot. He proceeded to check out the problem and advised that a quick fix was possible but that since my opener was 16 years old, he recommended a new opener be installed after explaining the problems to me. I agreed that it was time to purchase a new one. Tom worked tirelessly in the freezing cold garage, never complaining and with a good-natured outlook. He was totally professional, highly competent, and very personable. My experience with Precision was the best. Assuming Precision's other techs are as great as Tom, I would recommend them without hesitation.

My garage door opener was working periodically. I called Precision door. My Technican was Tom. He was great! He showed up on time and was very experienced. Because of the age of my opener, I felt it was smarter to install a new one. Tom did an inspection and pointed out that some of my rollers were bent. He recommended changing them. Everything was done the same day The installation was done perfect and everything works great. I could not be any happier. Thank you !!!!

I chose Precision after receiving a coupon in the mail. My technician Tom was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the day as to when he would be arriving - very courteous. After his assessment he explained options and costs. I ended up purchasing a new garage opener. On the spot he was able to perform the work - neat and clean. All of this done in 20 degree weather. Overall very satisfied with Tom and Precision...I give them 5 stars !

Definite 5 Star Service by Tom the technician. He came the day after the first blizzard when our door cable became unwound due to age.
