I called Precision after going on line and reviewing several other companies. The one thing that stood out was the fact that Precision had an accreditation from BBB. So right off, I felt that they would be trustworthy. They were also licensed and insured. Right after I called, their technician called to say that he would be in my area at my convenience. The technician Joe L. met me and proceeded to do an inspection of my unit. He made recommendations and I chose the one that fit my budget at the moment. Joe L was professional and knew his job. He didn't try to sell me anything I did not need, and couldn't be more accommodating. The entire repair took less than an hour. I would recommend Precision and their technician Joe L to everyone. I've already passed their number on to my neighbors. Great job Precision. Thank You Joe L.

I had purchased two of your top of the line garage doors and had them installed by two of your technicians. One door worked perfectly and one door had issues. I called for a technician to come to fix the issues. Without going into detail there were numerous issues with door #2. The response was very quick and Brian was assigned to fix the problems. He found problems that I was not aware of and corrected them quickly and professionally. To be honest Brian is the reason that I would recommend Precision and he is one of the reasons your ratings are 5 stars.

Our technician outlined the best course of action (for the best cost savings), and was able to do the work the same day. Now, we have a refurbished garage door we can actually open without pulling a muscle. Plus, customer service was very courteous.

I had a new single door installed and I absolutely love it! My installers Dave and Jeff were professional & efficient. They did a great job cleaning up too. I would highly recommend Precision. The door is top quality and I like the motion director light attached to the opener. I also like the clock and temperature reader.

was my first time using your company and it will not be the last, your tech Danny was outstanding explained the entire process checked the door and opener did feel a little stupid when after checking the opener outlet for voltage and than plugging back in the opener worked. I must have plugged and unplugged that 5 times with no results, after that he checked over the entire door operation made a few recommendation with no pressure. I would recommend this company to everyone.

CALLED ON EASTER SUNDAY LATE AFTERNOON WITH APROBLEM WITH MY GARAGE DOOR THEY SENT DANNY THE NEXT MORNING WITHIN 10 MIN HE HAD THE PROBLEM FIGURED OUT IT WAS A BAD MOTOR HE REPLCED IT WITHIN 40MIN AND RESET EVERYTHING DANNY WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY WHAT A NICE EXPERIENCE DANNY WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE COME TO MY HOUSE WHY CANT ALL SERVICE PEOPLE BE LIKE HIM

We upgraded our garage door, originally installed by Precision, to include a remote door opener. From my initial contact with Precision, through Brandon, I felt confident about choosing them. Greg and David arrived promptly, patiently explained the options between two products and efficiently installed our new door opener. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable as they demonstrated the many features of this product. They were both very respectful and intent on seeing that we were 100% satisfied with their service, which, of course we were! Greg was involved in both the installation of our door AND subsequent addition of the remote. He is an expert technician and, once again, has earned a five star +++ rating! David is also a terrific, 5 star technician!! Obviously, I would (very) highly recommend Precision and these two technicians.

The technician Danny S. was on time, even called he was in route to our house and the time he should be arriving.
