Precision was able to get my garage door issue resolved the same day that i called, and, within the time range provided. Our technician, Hunter was extremely pleasant and did a great job. He patiently and completely answered any questions that I had and explained every step of what he was doing. The price given was exactly what i was charged, no add ons or funny stuff. How do you put a price on your family's safety? I am extremely satisfied with the work doen, will recommend Precision to others, and, not hesitate to call them again if i need anything.

Incredible service. I was unable to get into my garage on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.I took a shot in the dark and went to the web. I find "Precisions" website. The person who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything. That was followed up with a phone call be a technician who arrived about a half an hour later. Again he was courteous, professional and explained thoroughly what he was going to do, he provided an estimate. He was able to open the door with no damage, he made the suggested repair. All of this was done at a reasonable rate. I will surely use Precision in the future and would absolutely recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors.

Spring broke on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Did not expect to find someone available. Accidentally found Precision. Young lady who answered the phone was very professional and answered all my questions. Scheduled the spot. Technician Joe L. Called about 2 hours before and again 30 minutes before as promised. Showed up and was very professional and personable. Made suggestions and was not pushy. We wound up changing both springs. Highly recommend this company and will do business with them again.
