My garage door opener was working periodically. I called Precision door. My Technican was Tom. He was great! He showed up on time and was very experienced. Because of the age of my opener, I felt it was smarter to install a new one. Tom did an inspection and pointed out that some of my rollers were bent. He recommended changing them. Everything was done the same day The installation was done perfect and everything works great. I could not be any happier. Thank you !!!!

Tom did an excellent job of diagnosing the multiple problems with my garage door. He took a great deal of time readjusting cables, springs, pulleys and rollers until it was set up correctly. I admire someone who takes the extra time to do a job and is not in a rush to just finish
