Lewis was assigned to install a new rubber seal on bottom of my garage door. The seal in his truck didn't fit. He had to order one that would. In a week I was notified it had come in.The following day Lewis came to install the seal. My garage door is working perfectly now! Lewis was experienced and professional. Upon arriving both technicians intoduced themselves and shook my hand. They listened intensively to my explanation of how my garage door was malfunctioning. After inspecting the garage door aparatus they explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. I was given 2 options. They explained both options. Their truck was stocked with the parts necessary to complete the repair of my garage door. I would highly recommend this company. The office staff was courteous and emailed and texted me with updates.

I had a sensor problem. The tech only wanted to replace my whole unit as well as the door springs and cables for a total of $1900. Just to do a "system reset" the minimum quote was $545. I turned him down and sent him home. Then I realized he had left the door unclipped from the lift chain and the sensor wires unplugged. I clipped the door back into the chain and reinserted the wires and the door works perfectly. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would not use Precision door again.

technician Lewis R. arrived to my house to access why my garage didn’t open ( ihad work done and couldn’t figure it out) he manually opened the garage and i showed him the issue he advised me to get an electrician ( which i knew i needed) to replace an outdated overhead socket i needed some outdated springs pulleys and cables and rollers replaced and he showed us two sets of prices and we agreed to purchase it he finished the work in under an hour he was not pushy or aggressive he was polite and easy to deal with showed me two prices
