Precision had installed a new opener for me a year or so ago and did a good job. Recently it just sounded different when opening and closing , so I called to have it checked out. Lewis came for the repair. He was courteous and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problems, gave us the options, and replaced the springs and rollers and cables. I would recommend Lewis and Precision.

It's always a panic when the garage door won't open! Once I saw the cable and spring snapped, I knew I needed the professionals. Precision had great reviews, so I immediately scheduled an appointment online for the next day. The rep Isaac arrived promptly within the scheduled timeframe. Isaac is a kind and friendly gentleman who represents your company well. I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family.

3stars only because of Jonah! I was charged $120 for a keypad that costs $45 on Amazon and I was charged $90 for a remote opener for the car that costs $14 on Amazon for 2 instead of one. I wouldn’t have mind that cost if I didn’t have to pay an installation fee on top of everything! Expensive? Very!!!! Jonah was a home run. If not for him, 1 star for cost. No installation fee, with Jonah, and you’d get 5 stars.
