Precision Overhead Garage Door Service technician Lewis Rodriguez serviced a garage door at my home that was binding, at times would not close and was very noisy. He completely replaced all moving parts and adjusted the door so that it now closes smoothly and quietly. Lewis prior to completing the work on the door provided a detailed explanation of the proposed work and parts needed to repair the door as well as the cost of the work to be done. The repair work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I contacted Precision truthfully cause it came up first in my search engine on Google. The reviews were a plus too. Had a cable broken, thought I'd have to wait cause it was Easter. Precision team contacted me via phone and instead of coming Monday in AM, they came Easter. So grateful. Marlin was the man's name. He explained everything perfectly to me. Gave me price up front. Was very courteous and friendly. He was quick in completing work and was overall very pleasant young man. I called Precision on a Saturday because my neighbor used them and I had a coupon from ValPack. They were here early Monday morning to repair my door. The next day after the initial repair, I discovered the problem was still not resolved. They came back on Wednesday and got it right. I was very happy they did not add any additional charges for the return visit or parts. I would recommend them.

I gotta tell ya, this is how you run a business. Constant communication from start to finish. Professional. Buttoned up. I had a new garage door opener installed. Danny called me a 1/2 hour before he arrived. Reviewed my situation. Provided various solutions. Agreed on what needed to be done. He banged it out. Clean work. Went over everything afterwards.
