My garage door suddenly stopped working. I called Precision and immediately got a live person on the phone who was not only professional and courteous but booked me an appointment within 12 hours. The tech arrived with prior notification i might add, and he too was professional courteous and able to repair my door. Thank you Precision. You are a company unlike many today. I absolutely love that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service called me ahead of time to let me know that they were arriving in 10 minutes. What’s more, I received a text with a photo of the technician and a short bio about him. I thought that was a nice touch. My technician, Andrew, diagnosed the problem rather speedily and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend this company. Bonus: they have weekend hours. I had my service done on a Sunday. Very convenient.

This was the second time I needed garage door repair service and I chose Precision both times. The service men are knowledgeable and personable. The scheduling admin was nice. Today’s service was performed by Isaac. His professionalism rates a 10. He repaired a rail which had been knocked out-of-alignment. He also provided me with information about available garage door openers as mine is becoming ancient. The company provides texts with reminders of the appointment and on appointment day a text providing the service technician name along with their photo and bio. A pleasure to do business with this company.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease of making an appointment for a repair. The customer service representative was able to quickly schedule a day and time that worked well for me. The state of the art messaging system that kept me aware of the technician’s arrival time, his name and picture so I knew who would be helping me, and a live map showing his location in proximity to my house was so helpful. The technician, Robert W, was professional, super personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated that problem and how he was going to fix it in terms I understood. He made the appropriate repairs and had me open and close the door a few times to make sure all was good and that I was satisfied with how it was working.

Today was a very good day. Danny Salas arrived at the agreed upon time to repair our garage door opener. He was pleasant, respectful and listened to our concerns. He was able to identify the difficulty and presented the options. We decided to replace the entire unit. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to complete the work in just a few hours. He then spent another 30 minutes in educating me on how the new system worked. I am a previous customer. Precision did not do my original installation but this was my third service call. I chose them because I was satisfied with their service in the past. I am also very satisfied with this particularly repair job. My torsion spring broke on a door that was installed in 2009. Although there are two doors on our garage this one probably bears 90% of the traffic. The tech, Andrew Depalma was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The replacement parts he installed are actually of higher quality than the original.

Andrew was here to assess the condition of the door, the tracks, the motor, etc., and he did a great job! Our service technician, Danny S. was professional, well-mannered, and most of all, very respectful with handling our needs. Our garage door spring broke. Danny was very knowledgable about the mechanics of our particular garage door and how best to repair it. And what impressed us the most was his eye towards safety! When our spring broke, it went through our wall which such force because there was no safety cable in it. Danny knew this was a necessity for us. I would highly recommend him not just for his know how, but for his well-mannered nature.

Call for an appointment and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Lewis fixed my issues with my garage door. My garage door is so quiet when it opens now. Rob came yesterday as our garage door made a hugh noise when shutting down and some wires were loose.
