The two employees were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They knew what to do and went about removing the old garage door/accessories. Then they installed the new one. They worked well together and when they were finished they cleaned everything up and left. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I met with Gina A this morning for a quote on a new garage door and belt drive opener. Gina was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in the different materials offered and had samples of the door materials and hardware. I was very satisfied with the presentation and having all of my questions answered. I found the quote that Gina worked up for me to be fair and I ordered the door and opener on the spot.

We have used Precision in the past at our former home and did not hesitate to call then again when we had garage door troubles at our present home. There reps are very knowledgeable, do not pressure you into anything, and provide different options for you to choose from, and back up their work. I would not hesitate to call them again.

In a world of incompetence Precision was a welcome respite. They arrived almost immediately, reviewed all options, and did meticulous work. Thanks in particular to Israel, a consummate professional. You would be foolish to call anyone else for your garage door purchase or repair.

Fantastic company, Garage door hardware was completely shot. I called Precision at 8am and it was fixed by 10am. They replaced all the moving parts on the track and it’s like new. The device tech, Isaac, was clear, honest, and professional. He gave me 3 options and weighed the pros and cons of each. I would certainly use them again. Their price is on the higher end but it’s clear that you get what you pay for.
