Called Precision around 12 noon and was very pleased that they could schedule service that same day. At around 2PM Israel Hixson came to my home and quickly evaluated the problem I was having. He then presented several options for a solution. He concisely explained the various alternatives and after we chose a course of action he immediately went to work to fix the problem. The repair involved changing rollers and adjusting springs. This made a big difference in how easily the door could be lifted manually, thereby making it much easier for the motor to raise and lower the door. He then went over and above by inspecting all aspects of the system and tightening and adjusting various components as needed. Israel was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and he is a credit to your company. Thanks for the great service. Mark

We were impressed that we received emails indicating the progress on the delivery date for the door. Once we setup a date and time a reminder was sent. Our time was 8AM and Shaun called and said he was on the way. A nice gentleman who answered all of our concerns and questions. I asked to see the doors before he began and he opened the boxes for my review and he then proceeded to do his work. Within four hours he was done, explained how the everything works and was done. We're very satisfied.

I was texted and called to confirm my appointment and was given a picture of the service provider, Tom Brill, who would be performing the repairs. Love that! Tom showed up earlier than expected which was a bonus. He went through some additional options that would make the garage door run more smoothly which were greatly appreciated. Tom was very polite and very thorough. The door now works like a dream. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service and will use them again in the future.

Service technician was extremely professional and very kind. Arrived at the promised time and gave us three options for the repair. Once selected the repair was completed in minutes. Therein lies the reason for a 3 star and not a 5 star rating. The repair took less than 10 minutes with tree basic parts and yet the bill was over $500. Just felt this was a little expensive for such a repair.

Jesse Cole arrived at our house on time and ready to help us. He reviewed all the mechanisms of our three garage doors and recommended the replacement of the cables, rollers, springs and other parts and explained why this work needed to be done and, additionally, that we needed a safety cable. We agreed and he began the work immediately— he had all the necessary parts in his van. Jesse was courteous, smart, efficient and thoroughly professional. He explained everything and kept our garage area clean and neat. We recommend both Precision, and Jesse Cole, extremely highly.

I was very pleased with the technician who arrived on time, explained clearly what he was going to check and he would give me several options. Danny Salas, the technician, was professional and provided me with several options, ////due to the equipment that was either 25 or 30 years old, I opted for complete repair. Dany set about his work and complete the task before noon, having to replace the entire system. It is now running smoothly and quietly. Danny's work ethic wad commendable and he cleaned up and, frankly, left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. I would recommend your company to anyone who is seeking a professional, ethical and accommodating business to either install a new garage door or to repair an older one. I am grateful for having a quiet and smooth running door! Thank you!
