I can’t be more happier firstly with the installation and secondly with an emergency issue I had recently when my garage door couldn’t close. I was about to leave the house while I was trying to close the garage door unsuccessfully. I realized that front rollers suddenly got off the track. I called the customer service and although it was Sunday and all technicians busy with their scheduled appointments, they managed to send someone to fix the problem. The lady was extremely kind and so helpful. I cannot be more appreciative for taking action on this.

The tech, Danny, fixed it asap and took the time to install the myQ app on my cell phone. Definitely feel more secure when leaving home. Would not hesitate in using your company. `First time using Precision Door Service based on online reviews. Such professional staff from the office worker who answered the phone to the technician that came to my house. Technician took the time to fully review all his work, plus instruct me as to how to pair garage door openers. Fair price. Will definitely use Precision again !!!!!
