So far so good. Danny was professional and explained why I had a problem with my remote. The garage door has a big dent and he explained that it will not be able to fix it and I kind of knew that. The chain is old and rusted and I do park my car in the garage and he explained that my car could be damaged if the chain ever becomes loose. So I have decided to replaced the door and all the mechanisms to the door. Thank you Danny

I have had your company come twice to my house & you are more than a 5 star company. Your professionalism goes far beyond my expectations. From the people that answer the phones to the guys that come to the house everyone is exceptionally personable. Jesse came today to service my garage door. He was honest in saying the rollers are still ok but will need replacement soon. I had him do the job while here. He was done very quickly. Other companies should learn a thing or two from how you run Precision Door. Just can’t say enough about your company. Thank you for a great company.

I chose Precision based on favorable reviews on the NextDoor site. My garage door opening mechanisms needed replacing. Precision confirmed the appt. online and I also received a call before the appt. to let me know the repairman was on his way. The young man came at the time we had agreed on, and after explaining what needed to be done, the repairs were made in about 1/2 hr. He was very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend this company!

Can't say enough about Precision and their service! Was able to get an appointment immediately and my garage door was fixed quickly and professionally. Their service guy Israel provided three repair options and explained each. I had the option to "just repair" the broken part, or to have the door fully re-worked. Great Job all around! Highly recommend!

I called on Monday, they came on Tuesday. Andrew was terrific. He diagnosed the problem immediately. I received several estimates to update my old system. I will definitely use Precision when we decide exactly which plan to use. I truly appreciate being able to call on the phone and reach a live person immediately. That is so rare today.
