Marlon Cantave was the technician who serviced my garage door. I was very satisfied with the results. Prior to being serviced, the garage door was very noisy and didn’t open and close smoothly. Also, when power was out and I manually closed the door, the door wouldn’t stay down but would roll up several inches. Marlon put in stronger springs and other maintenance and now the door opens and closes smoothly and is much quieter. When I close the door with power off, the door remains down and doesn’t roll up. I am very pleased.

I called Precision on a Wednesday and on Thursday I had a new garage door opener. My installer, Israel was knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything. The work was performed immediately and care was taken to leave no debris. Israel helped to program the phone app and answered all my questions and concerns. In a world that has been dumbed down, when incompetence is widespread, almost expected, it was so good to come across Tom Brill and his associate. These guys reflect well on your company, they made everything clear and understandable, professional to the max (and just nice to deal with on a personal level.) Your e-mails and texts also reflect excellent customer service that should also be noted. I told the guys the original installation of the whole unit was $350 in '07, so I was a bit surprised by the cost of repairs. But I am a dinosaur, sorry, coffee should be no more than 50 cents. George arrived on time. He thoroughly reviewed my garage door, motor and key pad. I had called because the key pad had stopped working. He was very patient in explaining everything he looked at, it’s condition and relative health of the whole system. Finally he replaced the key pad. George was friendly and careful with his work.
