I needed my garage door fixed quickly before anyone got injured by it. Isaac Rodriguez showed up today and was fabulous! He was totally Covid-19 prepared & treated my daughter & son-in-law with the utmost respect. He fixed the problem with no issues and, even gave an estimate for a new door! Best service experience I've ever had with any company. I called them at 4:00 on a Saturday, and they had a repairman at my house by 12:30 on Sunday. They sent multiple texts to let me know how I could contact them, and who the repair technician would be. Their technician Jesse could not have been nicer or more professional, and he did the repairs quickly and for a reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Door Service.

On Saturday, March 27, 2021I called Precision because a spring broke on my garage door. Spoke to Beth who provided outstanding customer service in both scheduling and pricing! On Sunday, March 28,2021 service technician Jacob Cahill called to advise me that he was available to arrive earlier than scheduled appointment if that would work for me which was great. Jacob did an outstanding job installing 2 new springs. His work was very neat, proficient and professional! Thank you Beth and Jacob!!
