We are truly blown away by Precision and a 5 star rating doesn't do it enough justice!! This company is incredible with regard to its attentiveness to its customers, service, and overall end product. They are extremely diligent with all scheduling, estimating, and product installation. We had called Precision to review our garage door motor and springs, as they were approximately 30 plus years old and installed from the previous owners of our home. We were given 3 options to choose from that ranged in price, warranty, etc. We selected a new system overall and are THRILLED with the outcome. CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH! WOW! WOW! WOW!

Dennis G Jesse serviced my garage doors and replaced both the openers that were 20+ years old. I didn’t realize how outdated the existing opener system was. It’s now much quieter, the sensor LED lights much brighter, the safety features and app on my phone with visuals and intercom are a big plus. Jesse did a great job. He was informed , very helpful and did a great job installing.

Have used Precision in the past and alway found them professional, reliable and have always been satisfied with the job that was performed. I’m embarrassed to admit I forgot the name of your employee that was here today . He explained everything that was broken and the job he was going to do to fix it . I am a nurse and told him I needed to get to work ASAP and he worked so quickly on opening the garage in order for me to get the car out and get to work . I would recommend your company to friends and family in the future if needed.

Precision: I was very pleased and impressed with the professional service provided by Jesse Cole. I'll read over all the literature emailed and left me. The owner of AC Garage doors, whose people installed the garage door in April 2021, sent me an email to tell me they went out of business. I did not mention to Jesse that I am the Chairman of the Arch. Comm. in the Ranches, the condo where I live, and will recommend your company when asked by a homeowner with garage door problems. Also I usually oil the rollers annually and was wondering what lubricant you recommend. I've been using WD-40 but wonder if it is appropriate. Bob Schweitzer

I called late Saturday afternoon and spoke to a real person. She gave an appointment for Monday that was convenient for me. Very pleasant young lady! Bob came right on time Monday to repair our garage door and called 30 min. before arriving. He assessed the problem and gave us three repair opinions to choose from and the prices for each. This was one of the best customer service experience I’ve had in years! Called Precision due to their great reviews, as our garage door had stopped working. I was shocked that I was able to not only get a same day appointment but also that our technician, Rob, was there within 90 minutes of my call. From there, he diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a reasonable quote and repaired the door in a half hour. And he couldn’t have been a nicer guy! We’ve been wanting to ultimately replace the door, and I’ve already hired them to do that . Highly recommend this company! I’m not used to this level of service from any company, especially during these last two pandemic years.
