I called on Monday, they came on Tuesday. Andrew was terrific. He diagnosed the problem immediately. I received several estimates to update my old system. I will definitely use Precision when we decide exactly which plan to use. I truly appreciate being able to call on the phone and reach a live person immediately. That is so rare today.

Excellent experience with Isaac Rodriguez from Precision repairing our garage door!m… Isaac called prior to coming over, and arrived just when he said he would. So professional, personable and knowledgeable. Isaac checked the overall functioning of our garage door and then provided two separate estimates: one with minimal repair needed, the next included more preventative measures/parts. Because we are on a budget we chose the minimal repair needed option. Isaac clearly explained the different options, parts replaced, cost and work involved for each option. He completed the work quickly, and demonstrated the now proper functioning of the garage door. Very thorough, knowledgeable, never felt rushed. Isaac is truly a professional and so personable! I will highly recommend Isaac Rodriguez and Precision Garage Repair to any friends/family in need of garage doors or repair, and will also be posting this recommendation on the Facebook Plainview Moms site! Thank you!

Precision Doors Riverhead was very responsive to my phone message left over a Holiday Weekend to established a time and date and actually came when indicated. Robert Weber was the technician who examined the situation and thought he could repair the panel without having to replace the entire door, saving me $2300. Money I do not have especially after the Holidays which are full of birthdays and presents. He was successful and at the same time installed an exterior key panel so my grandchildren can open the door from the outside. I was a little dubious about dealing with a franchise instead of a local installer, but since the local installer never called back, I am very thankful for Precision and would recommend them highly.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and John Aaron Hixson saved us in an emergency situation. On a freezing, windy, rainy Thursday night our garage door fell off the track and parts were damaged. The garage was open to the elements and impossible to close and lock. We called other services but only Precision Overhead Garage Door Service treated the situation as an urgent emergency. Within minutes of our desperate phone call, the technician, John Aaron Hixson arrived. He was extremely professional and skilled but also kind and helpful. He did an excellent repair job, patiently explained all options and answered our questions. His efficient and respectful demeanor calmed our stress and left us with a good feeling. We highly recommend John Aaron Hixson and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Made a reservation on-line on Dec. 23 and they came out on Dec. 26 and well within the window of time promised. The call-ahead 20 minutes in advance was appreciated. The technician, George, was helpful in diagnosing the issue, giving us options and then repairing the problem. Very satisfied with the job done.

Called the company I usually use, and there was no answer. Looked up alternatives, and Precision had good reviews. A live person answered the phone, and they dispatched a technician right away. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and worked with me.

The service and tech ( Jessie) were excellent great follow through and communication. Jessie gave me 3 price options and I was stunned!!! I took the middle which was what I thought way over the top. I priced springs and cable and the price I paid was way way over the top. Happy with service but I feel like I was ripped off.
