Danny and his coworker were outstanding. I've had so many issues that every few months something would break on my garage door. Danny assessed the entire door, hardware and all, and replaced everything worn as well as replacing my screw drive opener witha belt driven opener. Now the door is perfectly working and is whisper quiet. I never knew it could be so quiet. Highly highly recomend Precision.

I trust that should anything go wrong your company will stand by your work. Again Israel was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working as it should. I would rate precision as five star. I may need new rubber on bottoms of doors but did not want to add to cost at this time.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Precision. The office notified us that the technician was running a little late because of an unforeseen complication at a previous job. In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door.
