Danny Salas, service technician for Precision Door, has been at our home several times in the past 3 years, when we moved in and purchased a new garage door and opener from Precision. He always explains everything in detail so we understand the mechanics of the electrical mechanisms operating the opener. Never had any issues he couldn’t take care of. Very pleased with the service and product. Robert did an excellant job and explained everything he was going to do and my options. I initially was only going to have the one door openner replaced. But after seeing how well Robert installed the new Lift Master openner I decided to have the other openner replaced as well. Robert is coming back next Friday to install the other openner for me.

An absolute great experience from start to finish. Needed my garage door fixed and decided to give them a call. I set up an appointment for Saturday morning. 30 minutes later I got a call back saying a technician would be in the area and could stop by later in the day. The company kept me up to date on the status of the technician and the time frame when he would arrive. The tech Robert W called me when he was on his way. Upon arrival Robert diagnosed the issue and gave me a complete run down of things that needed an immediate fix and other things that could wait. Robert then broke down what each repair would entail and what parts would be used. He then presented me with three price options and explained each one. After choosing my option Robert quickly fixed the issues and the garage door was like new again. From making the appointment with the main office to the tech completing the job you can tell the company and it’s workers value thier work and customers. Precision is a notch company with top notch customer service and work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with garage door needs.

I received the flyer in the mail and called for garage repair. The company made the appointment with me emailed texted and called to verify also called 20 minutes before arrival my salesperson was awesome he explained everything to me repaired the garage door within the hour and they were on their way I am very pleased and would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.
