I had my new garage door installed this past Saturday morning, and could not be happier. Israel and Julio were in and out in 2 1/2 hours and did a great job. From the quoting process with Mike, to the install itself, the whole process with Precision was seamless. Nice job!

Gave me a price of $1100 to replace a garage door opener and said springs and rollers needed to be replaced. Promised to email an estimate but never received it and charged a $70 service fee. Had Home Depot install a Chamberlain belt driven 3/4 hp for $315. Other parts NOT NEEDED. Let the buyer beware.

My garage door needed some general maintenance and new parts. Precision confirmed appointment by text/email and followed up that morning to confirm time. Tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Marlon was professional, courteous and explained what services he could provide and made suggestions as to what would make the door easier and less squeaky. I got new cabling, lock and rollers and the service took about an hour a half. I am very pleased from start to finish with the services provided by Precision and will definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly.

Serviceman Rob Weber was prompt, friendly, and proficient. Door is working very well now. I just feel that the cost(713.00) was little pricy for a keypad, remotes and changing springs and rollers. I wanted the work done and didn't haggle with the price because I don't have the time to get other estimates. I would be hesitant to use your company again unless I saw other estimates justifying your prices.

Your installer, Danny Salas, did a wonderful job analyzing our problem with a garage door opener that was installed by a different company. Outstanding service from the first phone contact to the completion of the service call. I have suffered through unsatisfactory experiences with other Liftmaster dealers but your company restored my faith in what top notch customer service is all about. I had many issues with my garage door multiple problems And many parts were needed retainers a new Spring new cables the original people that installed my garage door had no idea what they were doing this is a fantastic company with very knowledgeable men They come to your home In a uniform Proper identification And what I love the most they are very kind and courteous most of all they deftly know what they're doing It's nice to know there is still a companies out there that not just hires Any individual that they actually hire a real technician you can feel safe and comfortable knowing they are going to do the right thing.
