The technician could not have been more polite, informed, and professional. He explained all the options in detail, and then immediately executed the agreed upon plan. He even swept the garage when he was done, including debris that was not his. I will definitely be using Precision again should I need more garage door work done.

Fantastic response by Danny Salas who installed my keypad today - an unexpected outcome and delight from your customer service professional! Now just waiting on getting the black weatherstripping reinstalled on the right side where it falls slightly short and shows a gap near the top where it looks like it needs another nail or 2.
