`First time using Precision Door Service based on online reviews. Such professional staff from the office worker who answered the phone to the technician that came to my house. Technician took the time to fully review all his work, plus instruct me as to how to pair garage door openers. Fair price. Will definitely use Precision again !!!!!

Had used your firm once before for a minor repair...Jesse was the serviceman....when I had a problem with a second door I called your firm again and asked to have Jesse come by. I asked for Jesse because within minutes of meeting him the first l saw his honesty and desire to do things honestly and professionally. When he told me I needed a new motor I knew he was not just “trying to write a ticket”...it was fair and honorable advice. The work was done quickly. Thank you...Paul Lindenauer...Watermill

I can’t be more happier firstly with the installation and secondly with an emergency issue I had recently when my garage door couldn’t close. I was about to leave the house while I was trying to close the garage door unsuccessfully. I realized that front rollers suddenly got off the track. I called the customer service and although it was Sunday and all technicians busy with their scheduled appointments, they managed to send someone to fix the problem. The lady was extremely kind and so helpful. I cannot be more appreciative for taking action on this.

after searching online I chose precision . They responded quickly, set up a time for an estimate and followed through with professionalism. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to oversell or talk me into what I didn't need. The tech who came to measure was thorough. The men who came to install were early, neat and did a very good job. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a new door or repair on an old one

I have used Precision a number of times and they do great work The people they send are well trained and professional. Danny came to my property and explained why I should purchase the total expensive solution rather than going for a small not complete solution,,, I am happy with their work and would recommend them in the future!

Your company rebuilt my garage door system installing updated safety features and did a wonderful job. When I had this new problem, my fault not yours, I called your company. The tech, Danny, fixed it asap and took the time to install the myQ app on my cell phone. Definitely feel more secure when leaving home. Would not hesitate in using your company. You sent notices as to my appointment, informed me as to when Danny would arrive and he called to let me know where he was and when he would be arriving. Wonderful service!
