My garage did not work properly. I called Precision for the first time. Danny Salas, the technician, did a great job. He did what he promised and even swept the floor to make sure it was clean. Further, he wiped down the garage buttons using wipes. We communicated throughout the process using Apple FaceTime.

I thought I left a review the day I had my service. Danny Salas , the tech, was courteous and respectful. He did the job well in changing my codes and giving me another remote as a backup. Precision installed our Electric Garage opener and were very professional. This is the only company I will call when I need something connected to the garage.

I called for service because of BBB rating, Dan’s papers review and that you were in Riverhead— I have had many good experiences with service providers located there, doing good work at reasonable cost, and it is relatively nearby (I am in SH). I had a somewhat novel and difficult problem, and your technician Robert was just terrific; he was able to diagnose the likely problem quickly, and came up with many creative ideas to attack the problem, and just wouldn’t give up despite the first 5-6 ideas not panning out. I admire both his creativity and his persistence in seeking a solution, and he did hit on just the right thing—and all of this during constant rain.He is a very dedicated and valuable employee.
