Extremely happy with Gia today. The night before she sent me an email about my appointment the following day. She provided me with 2 links to help me get familiar with the products they offer and help me understand some of the differences. Gia’s email also gave me an arrival time and she called when she was half an hour away. Love this company and the communication. Gia arrived on time, professional, mask, gloves and a uniform so I knew she was with Precision. She took measurements and showed me examples of their hardware. Before she finished she emailed me an estimate with everything I picked. Gia made this experience a very pleasant one.

I've had my garage door serviced before but was not happy. My friend from Commack told me about Precision Door and how happy she was with their service. I called Precision Door and they were very accommodating. They sent a technician and he gave me the options. I went with the full replacement and warranty. Today I had a minor service call and techs were sent and fixed the problem. They were very professional and courteous and explained everything they did. I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the following Saturday morning. The phone operator was professional and courteous. I got texts alerting me about my appointment time the day before and the day of. I also got a text telling me that my technician was on his way(early in the window of appt. time). The text also included a brief bio of my technician! My technician was John-Aaron. He was on time, professionally dressed, clean and neat. His truck was also clean and organized. John-Aaron was also professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to work within my budget, even calling his boss to get permission. His boss and he were able to provide more than I expected at the right price. Once that was settled, John-Aaron got to work. He was quick and efficient, and an excellent communicator about everything he was doing. I had never heard of Precision Door but now I won’t call anyone else in the future.
