Tech called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. He performed his inspection and reviewed what he found with me in a way that I understood. He then presented me with options of repair so I could choose what I wanted to be done. All the work was done to my satisfaction and the tech was very good. I will definitely call Precision again. The only inconvenience was that the weather stripping was not on his truck and he had to return the next day to install it.

Thank you for all of the nice words. I am sorry the tech did not have the weather stripping on the truck. He does usually carry these materials with him and should be able to complete the job that day. I am glad we were able to return and complete the job to your satisfaction the next day.

Last Sunday, our garage door wouldn’t open. Unfortunately, we only have one entrance into the garage and that is the garage door. We were panicking. We couldn’t believe that Precision was able to come the same day we called, and on a Sunday. Tom showed up right on time, 2 hours after we called. So not to have to break the door down, Tom took his time and tried many different alternatives to gain access. Lucky us Tom came that day because with a little creativity he got in! He didn’t just show up and take the easy and most expensive way out. We were very impressed and very happy. We definitely recommend Tom and Precision.

Outstanding experience! Called for service and the technician called back in 5 minutes and was at my house in 45 minutes. Frank did a great job, saving me over $500 by rebuilding my motor instead of installing a new one. I would recommend him and his company to anyone. Great job guys.

I called Precision and immediately got an appointment for later that day. The technicians called with an ETA and arrived right when they said they would. I needed my 20 year old garage door opener repaired. When the technicians arrived at my house and inspected my door they recommended I replace my motor for a new one. I agreed to replace my motor for a new LiftMaster product. When it was all said and done my new opener is great. Overall great experience with Precision. The technicians were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. The manager in particular was fantastic. He was also polite and professional with great knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions.
