My experience with Precision was terrific. Everything that was promised was done on time and with impressive efficiency. Our installers, Greg and Jeff were just great. In a little over two hours we had a beautiful new garage door that worked perfectly with the Liftmaster Garage Door Opener. We were impressed by Mike for his detailed explanation of what was needed for this project. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Michael P, Greg R , Taylor M .. My wife was impressed how everything for the institution was made, as she isn't the easiest person to please. I was impressed when I arrived home on the quality of the door we purchased. After two weeks I found a minor problem which needed adjustment, three days later it was taken care of by a technician which made the adjustment. Service means a lot when you can count on the results. Amazing job thank you !!

Thank you Mike and Nick for your wonderful professional service today. We have had great difficulty finding a good garage door repair company. Well, today we found a great one and will share this information with our friends and family! Mike and Nick were awesome technicians! They explained everything clearly and helped us organize the board in the garage rather just leaving everything on the factory presets. Our garage door is now safe and operating so nicely! Thanks and Happy 4th of July to everyone at Precision!

We woke to find our double size garage door spring had snapped leaving we two eighty year olds unable to get either of our two cars out and become virtually trapped in our own home unable to leave Your very personable and efficient technician was sent to us, called to confirm that he would arrive in 40 minutes, explained what he would do, reviewed the various cost options, and proceeded to complete the repairs. Thanks to Tim what was at first a serious nuisance was a pleasant experience

Your technitian Tim O'Brian is truly a credit to your company....you are as well asking for feedback. It means you realy care to know what's going on in your business. Tim replaced springs, rollers etc. The garage door is much easier for me to open..first time in 25 years! The price was reasonable and I was glad to pay. Thank you for a job well done.
