It's always a panic when the garage door won't open! Once I saw the cable and spring snapped, I knew I needed the professionals. Precision had great reviews, so I immediately scheduled an appointment online for the next day. The rep Isaac arrived promptly within the scheduled timeframe. He was so professional and thorough in diagnosing and explaining the problem, and subsequently reviewing the cost of services. Work was completed promptly and efficiently. Isaac is a kind and friendly gentleman who represents your company well. I would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family.

This company is fantastic. The service is great, the communication is timely, and the employees are so nice. I am very happy with the help I got from precision door co. Both my garage Doors cables and locks had broken, and we could not open either door. My husband is handicap and using the garage door to go out, makes it a lot easier. They sent John Aaron the next day he did a great job. We will definitely use and recommend precision door if we need help again.

3stars only because of Jonah! I was charged $120 for a keypad that costs $45 on Amazon and I was charged $90 for a remote opener for the car that costs $14 on Amazon for 2 instead of one. I wouldn’t have mind that cost if I didn’t have to pay an installation fee on top of everything! Expensive? Very!!!! Jonah was a home run. If not for him, 1 star for cost. No installation fee, with Jonah, and you’d get 5 stars.

It appeared that your company had been around for some time and then a friend said he had used Precision and was satisfied. I cannot explain where it says "Purchase a New Product" all that we purchased. It was at least cable, springs, door openers, etc.

Jonah the Tech was fantastic. He inspected the damage and immediately knew what was needed. He had a company identified truck, which had all the tools and parts needed to fix the job. He was courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. He didn’t dilly-dally, went to problem and fixed it. I’m very happy with the results, my garage door is working well.
