I would like to see my experience with precision garage door company went exceptionally well. I received a quick response from my initial call. I was able to book an appointment quicklly.My service tech Isaac Rodriguez was very professional and first inspected my old unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of my available choices for a repair or complete replacement. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured in anyway.He gave ample time to think about what I would like to do according to what I would like to spend. my unit was over 11 years old and I had not been service in a while. I decided to go with complete replacement, and I am completely satisfied even better. The job was able to be done the day of my appointment. I would highly recommend your company to friends and family.

I was recently having repeated problems with my garage door opener and needed to rectify the situation. I tried all the recommended checking points but couldn’t find the source of the problem. I saw your company was highly rated and now I know why. The serviceman Dan came during the scheduled time and he advised replacing the old unit with a new one. I had an important appointment later that day and he said he would be completed within an hour. He not only completed the installation, reprogrammed all devises, left my garage in a clean condition, but worked with a professional and friendly attitude!

We saw the advertisement of Precision in a magazine. It was a local firm near us and it was BBB rated. We called and ask for service on our garage door and it was a quick response that they will come the next day. They looked at the garage door and told us we need new springs and rollers and a new lock. We accepted the offer and service was done right there. Service was quick and Lewis was very professional and friendly.

Precision Garage Doors originally installed my garage door and opener several years ago. They did a great job then. This was only the only second time I needed service since then and they did an exceptional job. The appt was arranged quickly and the tech arrived at the noted time. The tech was Isaac Rodriguez who explained what the issue was and what he needed to do to resolve it and approx how long it would take. He finished the repair sooner than expected. He also noticed another small issue and repaired it as well. I would recommend Precision Door highly.

We are already customers, and I hit the wrong digit on the keypad so I was unable to access the garage through the keypad. I was able to access the garage through the remote, but my husband uses the keypad. You sent George to come and reset the keypad and he also advised that our rollers were looking worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers, which he did. I was very happy with the work that George did and he was on time and very respectful. You have a wonderful worker with George and you should be very proud!

I had a broken garage door spring, so I called Precision in the morning and was able to get a repair appointment the same day. Their tech Israel arrived within the time window given to me and proceeded to expeditiously replace both coil springs. It had gone faster than any other repair I experienced within the last 20 years. I'm most pleased with the fact that Israel ensured the garage door sat level on the ground- no spaces underneath for mice to enter. Excellent job!
