Precision was recommended to me by a friend and I had planned to purchase a new garage door but after being lied to twice by the tech Shane, I will take my business elsewhere. First, he lied and tried to charge me the service fee when he knows and it’s also posted on the company website that the service fee is waived with repairs over $100. My repair was $180. Shane lied again when I asked him about the warranty for the new cables he installed. He stated there was only a warranty if I also get new springs. This didn’t seem right to me so I called the office and they confirmed there is a 90 day warranty for the cables and sent me a new invoice with the updated warranty information. I am waiting for a supervisor to get back to me. Do NOT recommend.

All went well. Only problem was waiting ten weeks but everything seems to take a long tome these days,Great company with nice people! Have used them before was satisfied and called them again when my car rolled into my door!????

My service person was Shane. He was a very nice and professional young man. He clearly explained what was wrong with my garage door and my options. He explained the price of each service, and which were immediate and which were advisable. He made sure everything was correctly fixed and the door was in good working order before he left. I recommended this company to a friend and she used the company to replace her garage door. She thanked me and told me she was also pleased with everything.

There was a coupon in the value pack advertising your business. I called and made a appointment for the same day. Louis called before he came and reviewed what was wrong with the garage door and explained to me what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. I agreed and he repaired the garage door and showed me how to lubricate certain parts of the door. He was professional and he clean up after he finished the job. I would use your company again.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service are Excellent and I highly recommend using them! I was having problems with my garage door (wasn't staying closed) on a Saturday and after hours of trying to fix it myself I decided to call in the experts and I was able to make an appointment with Precision for Sunday morning! The level of communication, texts and emails, from the time I made the appointment until the time my technician arrived was amazing. A special shout out to my fabulous technician, ANDREW DEPALMA, who not only fixed my problem but also suggested a few things to ensure that my garage door functions properly for years to come. Called for service on garage door. I expected a day or two for response...NO ! appointment to fix made for several hours later, and the repairman was a hour early< Identif of repairman made before arrival so I knew who was coming.
