My experience with precision was flawless from beginning to end. The lady who received my phone call, was polite efficient and asked the right questions. She told me when the repair person, Jonah, would arrive, and he phoned in advance and arrived as scheduled. He reviewed the garage door system, and made some suggestions to which I agreed. He installed new motor and rehaul of cables. I am quite pleased with scission, and am happy to give recommendation. Should any of my neighbors wish to employ you.

I searched for Liftmaster repair after an unsuccessful appointment with another company and Precision came up first. After reading about your company and your appointment process, I signed up online. You kept me posted on the whereabouts of your service tech and he phoned me when he was on his way. I was able to track his progress on line and his photo and name were sent to me in advance of his arrival. The service technician, Israel Hixson, was courteous, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to my problem, took time to evaluate the situation and presented me with several options. In a word, he was wonderful! My problems are now resolved and you have a happy customer. Precision had installed a new opener for me a year or so ago and did a good job. Recently it just sounded different when opening and closing , so I called to have it checked out.
