Shane and Nick were very professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail the options that were offered to fix the problems with my garage door operating system. Shane called me when he was about 30 minutes away. Upon completion of the work, which was done in a timely manner, Shane and Nick went over what they had installed and corrected with the garage door. The work was done very neatly and I would highly recommend Shane and Nick.

My 23 year old automatic garage door was desperately in need of service. I knew it was a matter of time before the springs, pulleys and cables went. When I read the reviews about Precision online I knew you were the company for the job. Same day service was provided by Technician Ryan Swan- who thoroughly explained my three options, not pushing any one. I chose the best, top of the line. Ryan worked in the garage on a cold, windy late afternoon past sunset and did a spectacular job. He was polite and professional from the moment he arrived until he left. The job was completed and I now have peace of mind. I highly recommend Ryan and Precision!

I saw an advertisement for Precision Garage previously, and I cut out the advertisement. Saturday night I came home, and my garage door was not functioning properly. I called Precision Garage and quite pleasantly got a quick response. The technician came Sunday morning, having called ahead to advise. He surveyed the system, gave me estimates, and promptly went ahead with the work. He finished in the afternoon. He explained how the system worked and the warranty, and he left the garage as clean as before.

Had Danny Salas as teck rep on a service call, did repair and after some questions we decided to get a new door. A great person. Door came in quicker than anticipated. Had Brian Meinsen and Tyree M. install the door. All three reps were thorough, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The installers were neat and cleaned up after the installation. Precision door service provided all the necessary paper work foe my HOA and all went smooth. A great company.

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door today. Lewis R., the technician, was professional, clear, and honest about my budgetary options for replacing my outdated garage opener, motor, sensors, and more. He worked quickly and efficiently, arriving with all the necessary parts for the job—something I wish more service companies would do to avoid unnecessary follow-up visits. Precision truly impressed me with this approach. I’d definitely use this service and technician again. My parents on the North Shore have also had great experiences with Precision for their garage needs.
