I’ve used Precision in the past and also recommended them to friends. I was super satisfied with their service and so were my friends who purchased a new garage door last week. This time a piece of ceiling in my garage came down and messed up the rollers and the door. I called at 9AM and Kelvin was in my house by 10AM. He did a wonderful job and fixed me up quickly. All fixed!!

I am very pleased with Precision Garage. From the very beginning, the sales rep (Michael) was excellent, to the financing options, scheduling, to install, they all have been great. Brian and Joe installed my doors today, they were both professional , personable and knowledgable. The walked me through how to take care of the doors, code programing and setting up the app through the phone. They worked neat and did a very good job. The service person that was sent to my house was Israel Hixon. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my garage. I could not have been more pleased with the service he extended to me and he thoroughly explained exactly what had to be done to correct the issue. For four pulleys, two springs, and cable you charged me just under $1,100. I didn’t know any better and reviwed part prices after the repair to see that you price gouged me on parts. I feel like a fool now. For a repair job that should have been around $450 you charged me $1,300.

The technician who was dispatched to address my issue performed excellently. However, I was taken aback by the cost of a ten-minute service call to push a reprogram button, especially after already investing significantly in replacing my garage doors. I attempted to observe the procedure, but I was unable to view the controller's reset process. Unfortunately, the control panel is malfunctioning again. It would be beneficial to have the steps for resetting the control panels so I can avoid incurring another $300+ expense for a brief task.

I can't thank Danny and his assistant enough for their professionalism! Our electric garage door wouldn't open. He was so kind and understanding.
