The fast response that Precision Door Service provided was greatly appreciated. The broken spring was replaced the same day that I contacted them. The office called me several times to let me know how their schedule was going and when they would arrive. Their Technician Israel called me when he was on his way to my house. He had all the parts and tools to perform the repair. He reviewed with me what had to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn and should be replaced only if I wanted to. Israel was very nice and explained everything that he was doing to make my garage door work perfectly. After finishing the repair on the door that needed to be fixed, he lubricated the tracks and rollers on the other garage door to keep it in good working condition. I was very pleased Israel's competence and personality. Everything was clean and neat when he left. I am recommending Precision Door Service to my friends and to anyone who needs this service.

Shane Fazal did an excellent job of handling my garage door problems. He arrived early, was very polite, helpful + knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave me my options and his recommendations, and removed and installed the new equipment expertly, quickly, efficiently and tidily. He explained how to programme and use all the equipment and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything before he left. Everything came out great! I highly recommend hime for professional, knowledgeable and expert service and would definitely use him again!

I have a detached garage that is more of a multipurpose space. The prior door was installed 30 years ago and was in a state of serious disrepair. After much research I ended up calling Precision and after their tech reviewing the space and gave me an estimate and reviewing the available options I pulled the trigger. They were fairly priced, had good options and were flexible with scheduling. Their technician Brian arrived within the time frame scheduled. He was professional, courteous and did excellent work, including taking away the old door and tacks as well. The door is really well made and quality. Would definitely deal with again if needed.

I called and they came immediately. Company uses a great text message app where they share locations prior to arrival. Workers assessed the issue quickly, fixed the problem, had all supplies with them on the truck, and were done within 1 hour. Would recommend. Wish all repair companies worked this way!

Rob and Ryan did a great job. Removed and replaced our garage door mechanism in 2 1/2 hours. New system is working well. Removed our old "Wayne Dalton" screw-drive which had worn out and replaced with a Genie system.

I made one phone call on a Sunday afternoon and I was immediately offered choices for appointment times the following week. There was excellent communication every step of the way (e.g., about arrival time, options, costs, etc.). I had to keep my "vintage" garage door, but it needed a complete overhaul (i.e., door opener, and all hardware, much of which required retrofitting). The job was expertly done by the Precision Technician Israel. He was polite, highly experienced, and fully competent. I took great interest in his work, and Israel was happy to answer all of my detailed question and he took tremendous pride in his work. As promised, the job was done with Precision! My highest recommendation!

Very courteous and professional team, arrived on time, reviewed my system and presented me with recommendations to chose from. I replaced my rollers and pulleys with upgraded sealed bearing units and now the operation is so much smoother and quieter! Also did the old door seals, springs and replaced the outside control panel with a new one. My system is now refurbished and ready for the winter.

George was very prompt very professional. He sat down with me went over everything that he saw gave me three options as to why I should do. I approved one of them. He went ahead and took care of it and found that when he installed the springs at 140 pound pressure, he had underestimated my door and he turned around, took them out and gave me 150 pound pressure which made the door open so easily to help me with my handicap. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help or anyone who wants a garage door installed. door I could not be more pleased
