Marlon Cantave was the technician who serviced my garage door. I was very satisfied with the results. Prior to being serviced, the garage door was very noisy and didn’t open and close smoothly. Also, when power was out and I manually closed the door, the door wouldn’t stay down but would roll up several inches. Marlon put in stronger springs and other maintenance and now the door opens and closes smoothly and is much quieter. When I close the door with power off, the door remains down and doesn’t roll up. I am very pleased.

George did an excellent job repairing our garage door with new springs and pulleys. He was prompt and gave us three different options to choose, and we choose the middle option. We were very pleased with his work and his courtesy. We would highly recommend your company and George to anyone who needs repairs on their garage door.

I called Precision on a Wednesday and on Thursday I had a new garage door opener. My installer, Israel was knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything. The work was performed immediately and care was taken to leave no debris. Israel helped to program the phone app and answered all my questions and concerns. He asked several times about any other information he could provide. I will continue to use precision door and will recommend the company.

In a world that has been dumbed down, when incompetence is widespread, almost expected, it was so good to come across Tom Brill and his associate. These guys reflect well on your company, they made everything clear and understandable, professional to the max (and just nice to deal with on a personal level.) Your e-mails and texts also reflect excellent customer service that should also be noted. I told the guys the original installation of the whole unit was $350 in '07, so I was a bit surprised by the cost of repairs. But I am a dinosaur, sorry, coffee should be no more than 50 cents. Great job Doug, thanks for great service. Best, JM

George arrived on time. He thoroughly reviewed my garage door, motor and key pad. I had called because the key pad had stopped working. He was very patient in explaining everything he looked at, it’s condition and relative health of the whole system. Finally he replaced the key pad. George was friendly and careful with his work. I would recommend George and Precision.

The process of motorizing my garage door was handled beautifully from beginning to end by Precision. On time, fast turnaround, very neatly done, men were first class. This was a complicated install and these guys handled it with ease. Everything was well explained and the site was left perfectly clean. Add to all this a very reasonable cost and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Doug.

Hats off to a service company that supplies EXACTLY what they advertise to deliver !!!! Your technicians were on time and respectful, explaining what had to be done to fix the garage door problem. All was accomplished in a timely manner. I must admit, it was refreshing to see something positive during a period where all we ingest are negatives. My best, June Bleich

A real person answered the phone. I could understand what they were saying. They came out in 5 hours and fixed the problem the first time. They charged a VERY fair price. What more can you ask for ??? I would give 10 stars if I could.
