Very satisfied with your prompt service and your technicians, Israel and Jacob. They were tremendous. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, instructive, professional and experts at removing our old system and installing this new one. They replaced everything. I could praise them all day but i think you realize our appreciation with what I have said. Five stars all the way. Great service! Andre Lennon was the technician. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived earlier that originally planned and had the door fixed in no time. I realized the door was broken a little before 1:00PM and it was completely fixed by 2:45 the same day. Bravo!

I searched for garage door repair companies on the internet. After comparing them, I felt that "Precision" would be my best choice. Israel did a great job of replacing the hardware on my garage door. It now works better than ever. He explained what he was going to do and, why. Then, he told me what the cost would be. I paid 200 to get a door fixed and nothing got fixed. He thinks it is a logic board but does not know. He also tells me to call the guy who put in the door. He came and fixed is 2 seconds. I do not think your technician knew what he was doing. Disappointed
