George did a fantastic job installing a new door opener, explaining precisely how it operates (majoring in English will do that) and helped me pair it with my car. You're service updates and the profile email about George bring new meaning to the term customer service!

Precision responded quickly and John was so nice and courteous. He told us the situation and let us make our own decision rather than talk us into purchase. We replaced our 2 doors and are very pleased with the whole experience. Our neighbor recommended them and she was right!

Our repair technician,Danny Salas, was the best repairman that I have ever had to my home! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained exactly why our garage door had malfunctioned, and repaired it expertly that day. I can't say enough how much confidence I had in him to repair our issue. After the repair was complete, my garage door functioned like it never did before. It was quiet. He also showed us how light the garage door was to open if the power went out. Before this repair, it was very heavy;it was very heavy since we bought this house many years ago. I thought that was just how garage doors were supposed to be, but now that the door is balanced, the door is light and doesn't slam down if the power goes out and the door is left open. Before, the door would slam down hard. I highly recommend this company for its honest, capable, and courteous service.

The Technician called ahead to tell Me when he would arrive. He showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional. He examined my problem, detailed the steps that were needed to fix it, and gave me a clear estimate of the cost. Once I authorized the work, he quickly completed the job and told me exactly what he had done. All receipts and a description of the work were emailed to me for my files. I was extremely pleased with the service.

We recently had new garage doors & opener installed ( on one of the colder days this winter) Our installers, Michael Chaparro & Shane Fazal were fantastic. They arrived on time after sending a text, worked diligently( especially in the cold) & fully explained and answered all our questions. They conducted themselves very professionally. We would also like to make a "Shout Out" to Israel Hixson who got this ball started. We knew we needed new doors which he help us navigate but he also patiently helped repair our very old ones until the new ones arrived. All the guys who came to our home went above & beyond in assisting us. Thank you

My garage door was broken and I couldn't get the car out. I called 4 garage door companies and left messages (it was Saturday). Not one returned my call. On Sunday I called Precision and a human answered. She dispatched a repairman who got the door opened. A few days later, two repairmen fixed the broken spring and we are back to modern living. I can't tell you how stressful it was to not have the use of the garage. Precision did a great job and responded right away. Thanks to Jesse and Robert and that sweet woman who answered my anguished call. Paul Pitcher Eastport

Danny Salas was very knowledgeable and courteous and made sure all our questions were answered. After explaining that our garage door could not be permanently repaired he laid out our options for a new door in a clear and concise manner. After agreeing on a price and a few options everything was finished from beginning to end in about an hour. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the total experience
